Ted Britt Ford Lincoln

I have been eyeing the Ford Mustang for years, and decided that today would be the day to purchase one. I pretty much had my mind made up, on which car and/or features I wanted. I test drove it with Chris and found him to be extremely knowledgable about the Mustang and all of its features. It wasn't long before we were negotiating a price. Once that was finished, Claudia spent time with me, offering various appearance protection systems, as well as things like remote start and window tinting, etc. I opted for the window tinting, and Claudia patiently explained to me the different types of tinting available. Next was financing with Christine. I had been pre-approved already by my credit union for a car loan, and didn't anticipate needing to talk about other financing options. Christine was able to beat my credit union's rate, thus saving me money. She also took the time to explain the various extended warranty packages that are available, in addition to titling my new car and registering it. I found all three employees to be very courteous and knowledgable in their fields and I never felt intimidated or overly-pressured into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. The bottom line for a purchaser, is to feel like you got a good deal - that you purchased a quality vehicle and didn't overpay for it. I feel very satisfied, that the car I bought is a great deal and a great car. Ted Britt Ford is a large dealership, and that translated into a large selection of cars for me in which to choose one - something the Ford dealer closer to my home, did not have. I believe they are doing something right, to be as large as they are. More

I came in to Ted Britt of chantilly to trade in 2010 ford focus ses from an internet contact by the name of naznin. Ryan Carr was a phenomal car salesman he was very helpful!! With me living in Kentucky which is about 400 miles away he was willing to help me out and let me know how much I get my new Ford Explorer helpful!! He was willing to help me out without pushing me to come in and make a long trip if it was not needed. Everything fell into place I was able to get my car loan at my local credit union than head down to Ted Britt Ford and finish the deal. He had everything waiting for us and provided us with a smooth transition to our new car. He was very friendly to My husband, daughter, myself, and mother-in-law, and told us if we had any question feel free to contact him, He even called the next day to make sure we made it back home safely and if we were enjoying our new car. I have never seen a car salesman as nice and friendly, and willing to answer my phone call when ever I had a question, or even calling to make sure we made the trip back home safely. Whenver I need a new car again I could see myself going back to Ted Britt Ford and having Ryan as my salesman. Lisa Light was also very helpful, she informed us about all of the features in our new car, and a offer to protect our vehicle to remain looking new. She was very friendly, nice and helpful. Our family went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly yesterday. We drove 2 hours from where we reside and we are so glad we did.
