I have been eyeing the Ford Mustang for years, and decided that today would be the day to purchase one. I pretty much had my mind made up, on which car and/or features I wanted. I test drove it with Chris and found him to be extremely knowledgable about the Mustang and all of its features. It wasn't long before we were negotiating a price. Once that was finished, Claudia spent time with me, offering various appearance protection systems, as well as things like remote start and window tinting, etc. I opted for the window tinting, and Claudia patiently explained to me the different types of tinting available. Next was financing with Christine. I had been pre-approved already by my credit union for a car loan, and didn't anticipate needing to talk about other financing options. Christine was able to beat my credit union's rate, thus saving me money. She also took the time to explain the various extended warranty packages that are available, in addition to titling my new car and registering it. I found all three employees to be very courteous and knowledgable in their fields and I never felt intimidated or overly-pressured into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. The bottom line for a purchaser, is to feel like you got a good deal - that you purchased a quality vehicle and didn't overpay for it. I feel very satisfied, that the car I bought is a great deal and a great car. Ted Britt Ford is a large dealership, and that translated into a large selection of cars for me in which to choose one - something the Ford dealer closer to my home, did not have.
