Ridiculous that a company like Ted Britt cannot honor the commitments made on the day of the sale, I have been waiting 3 weeks (and still waiting) for a payoff that was promised on the day of the sale. And further, the lack of response to phone calls and emails is what really ticks me off. This is what I truly find unbelievable, Ted Britt's employee's should remember that customers do not expect them to be perfect. However they do expect them to be responsive and to fix things when they go wrong. I am done complaining, but I would like to finish with quote from Sam Walton to whoever chooses to read this complaint, "There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else." Ted Britt you are fired. More

I was looking for a specific Mustang GT convertible for a very long time and not only did Ted Britt Ford have the one I wanted, but they also had the best price by far. They have something called VIP pricing very long time and not only did Ted Britt Ford have the one I wanted, but they also had the best price by far. They have something called VIP pricing that I thought, like other dealers, they wouldn't honor, but they actually did! The salesman I dealt with was Mike Asay who was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and most important, very patient with me. Not only did he help me with my purchase, but answered all my questions, told me everything about the vehicle, and also how to use all of it's features after I received the car. I never would have been able to purchase the vehicle if it wasn't for their finance guy, Joey Sivak, who really is a miracle worker. I have less than stellar credit and Joey got me approved at a rate that no other dealer was able to even come close to. It took me a very long time to finally purchase the vehicle and I spoke to both Mike and Joey multiple times a day. They were incredibly patient and I believe any other dealership would have written me off long ago. What makes my experience even more amazing is that they are in Virginia and I'm in Florida and everything went off without a hitch. I just received the car and I could not be happier. The car is more than I thought it would be and puts a smile on my face everytime I get in it. Thanks guys! More
