Mr Sullivan took the time to find out my needs as far the type of car I was looking for and then did everything needed to get me in that car. (Which was a car much nicer than I thought I could get). Because I got the car on such short I had to bring the car back and Mr Sullivan arranged that visit With Ms Wimbish and she was just as friendly and professional as he was. The entire experience was a good one and I would not hesitate to go back to Ted Britt Ford Lincoln or recommend them to anyone else. More

We were on vacation from Tennessee and our Ford truck of almost 400K miles died and we were hauling a 5th wheel camper and were in a tight spot to say the least. Mike Asay contacted me after I had my truck towed in to Britt Ford and found out the repairs were going to cost more than half of what our truck was worth and we were going to trade it in soon anyway. Mike was very helpful. He came and picked me up at the campsite where our 5th wheel was and took me back to the dealer ship and then helped me find a truck that would meet our needs and even took me to the RV place to get a 5th wheel hitch installed. The truck was everything we needed and wanted in a truck and we are very grateful for Mike and his help in getting the truck of our dreams in a very friendly and helpful manner. I have been to the parts department many times for parts needed for my Ford SUV and car. Ed has been there each time and has provided top notch customer service (which I find very rare these days). Not your typical car buying experience. In a heartbeat we would/ will use this team again. Our customer service rep was clear in discussing service options and car care options with no pressure to include. We purchased late Saturday night, the car could not be prepped and Bob delivered the car to our home due to the distance btwn home and dealership. Going the extra mile in every way. More
