We went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly on Sept. 19 only to look at new Explorers. We were dreading the usual negative sales tactics that we have always experienced at other car dealerships. However, we met Leonia at the front door and she was very friendly and sincere and made us feel very comfortable immediately. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the Explorers and thoroughly worked with us in test driving different models. She was always willing to go the "extra mile" for us during the entire process. In the end, she was directly responsible for us purchasing a new Explorer that day. She definitely made this the best buying experience that we have ever had--I'm 60 years old and I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime! She is an excellent sales person and a very valuable asset to the success of your dealership. We cannot say enough good things about her. Andre is great! We discuss our spouses, children and pets. Andre is fabulous at getting me in and out when I am in a hurry, yet no matter what he communicates the condition of my car. Mr Sullivan took the time to find out my needs as far the type of car I was looking for and then did everything needed to get me in that car. (Which was a car much nicer than I thought I could get). Because I got the car on such short I had to bring the car back and Mr Sullivan arranged that visit With Ms Wimbish and she was just as friendly and professional as he was. We were on vacation from Tennessee and our Ford truck of almost 400K miles died and we were hauling a 5th wheel camper and were in a tight spot to say the least. Mike Asay contacted me after I had my truck towed in to Britt Ford and found out the repairs were going to cost more than half of what our truck was worth and we were going to trade it in soon anyway. Mike was very helpful. He came and picked me up at the campsite where our 5th wheel was and took me back to the dealer ship and then helped me find a truck that would meet our needs and even took me to the RV place to get a 5th wheel hitch installed. The truck was everything we needed and wanted in a truck and we are very grateful for Mike and his help in getting the truck of our dreams in a very friendly and helpful manner.
