My experience with Ted Britt was a very good one. Initially I was assigned a sales rep however he was with another customer. I had not made an appointment so that was to be expected. We went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly on Sept. 19 only to look at new Explorers. We were dreading the usual negative sales tactics that we have always experienced at other car dealerships. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the Explorers and thoroughly worked with us in test driving different models. She was always willing to go the "extra mile" for us during the entire process. In the end, she was directly responsible for us purchasing a new Explorer that day. She definitely made this the best buying experience that we have ever had--I'm 60 years old and I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime!
