Called Mike about the annual service on my wife's Ford Fusion. We setup the appointment for a Friday morning. Got there on-time and Mike took care of everything. In and out fast with no problems. I had several people great me with a handshake and a smile as I walked to the entrance but it reminded me of the approached I used to get from the days of Circuit City. At the door I was greeted with an honest smile and an appropriate hand shake from a person named Leonia. As I told the previous handshakers that I had an appointment they kindly moved on, Leonia on the otherhand escorted me into the building and told me she would locate the Salesperson that I had an appointment with. The salesperson arrived shortly and told me that he was finishing up with another customer and I would now work with Leonia. Leonia took notes, asked what my expectation were of a vehicle and a dealership, encouraged me to look at vehicles above and below my budget. Additionally asked me what my thoughts were of each vehicle and offered her knowledge of the product which proved to be a great process for elimination and balance for my purchase. Leonia kept me informed constantly of the processes and paperwork. Explanations and communications were unquestionable. Politeness and respect impeccable, attention to detail remarkable. Bottom Line: I fully intended to negotiate a lower price however I felt as though I was treated like a guest at a five star hotel and had no problem paying the listed price. Well I had and am having issues with the finances and getting all the fine tuning taken care of but we started off smooth and things got really rough when some of the numbers didn't add up and i was begi getting all the fine tuning taken care of but we started off smooth and things got really rough when some of the numbers didn't add up and i was beginning to think i got sucked into a contract i don't want but after i got my own financing the only problem I'm having is how the payoff amount for my old loan is now 955 dollars short but my salesmen fred called usaa and got the actual payoff amount but when i signed my contract the payoff amount said 14000 (approximately) so now i have to come up with the 955 but I'm giving them a perfect review because, even though all of this is going on deborah is trying to help me she is giving me options and i feel like she honestly wants to help me not just make money. I've been to the dealership about 3 times now and every time i go in there we get a little bit closer to getting this solved and me finally being able to enjoy the car i bought from them. so i would like to say thank you to deborah for being professional and working hard to help me. I came to Ted Britt ford ,because of there inventory as well as the close location to my home. I was greeted by Chris Ferrarese, and we began discussing what I was looking for. I settled on a 2014 Focus Hatchback. Even though it was pouring rain that evening he had one pulled up front for me to look at . I came back the next day to finalize the deal, and sure enough he found a lender I could finance through. He also gave me my asking trade for my used car towards the purchase of my New Focus. Chris and his team at Ted Britt were very quick to get the deal done, considering it was a very busy Sat morning. There were many other people buying and taking purchase of there new cars. With in a few short hours I was removing my things from my old car to my New Focus, and I haven't looked back. I love my new car, and its a great feeling to know of the gas I'm saving compared to my old and tired previous car. Chris and his team did an outstanding job with my new car purchase.
