I purchased a Ford F-250 from Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. I worked with Mike Asay on the deal. Mike along with the team of sales folks there are second to none in my book. I was not so happy with with Susan Bushy and a few of the folks who work in the service department. I had ordered a heavy duty trailer hitch which came in a few days later and I was notified of such. I personally went over to make an appointment with Christina and to inquire as to how long it would be to get my truck back as I live about 55 miles away. After I conversation with Christina, I told her I would pick up the truck the next evening and she said OK. I only work in Chantilly, I don't live close. Made an appointment for 2 days later and dropped my truck off the night before the appointed day with the expectation that the truck would be ready by COB the next day. I also told the older lady working the loaners cars that evening that I cannot physically deal with a small loaner car. It was almost closing and that is exactly what I was given... a tiny car. After all I had said too. I dealt with it thinking I would be returning it the next day. No call the next day so I went over that evening to check on it and was told the truck would not be ready for 2 days......... Hmmmmmm..... Susan Bushy was clueless as to what is going on then told me that my truck would take 2 whole days to be ready not one. She also told me that the only loaners they had were the small ones I got. That was a bit funny since she provided me with a Lincoln loaner after I raised the devil with her for not having my truck ready....she is the responsible service manager right? So telling me they only loan small cars and giving me a mid-sized car that was clearly a loaner seemed a bit disingenuous to me. Made me wonder what else may not be as it seemed like the fact that I got my truck back the very next morning when the place opened? That first evening sent an email to Mr. Gardner Britt... was shocked when I received an email back within 40 mins or so at 1030 pm. He said he would find out what is going on and get back to me... He did..... Bottom line: Gardner Britt is a man of his word. Got my truck back the next morning, it was washed, waxed, cleaned and ready to roll with new hitch and all. Mike Asay and the sales folks are outstanding at what they do and maybe just maybe some of the service folks could take a lesson. But knowing Mr Britt's character a little bit I am sure things will be different now. More

It was a great experience trading in my old car for a new one. Ryan gave us a completely non-pushy sales experience, which was cool and enjoyable. I ended up buying the 2014 Escape, and I'm happy with the purchase. Rather than the typical salesman pushing desperately for the sale, we got to just check out the car and hang out. In fact probably 80% of what we talked about wasn't even related to cars or selling cars. Obviously I won't need a car for awhile now, but when I do I won't hesitate to go back to Ted Britt Ford. Called Mike about the annual service on my wife's Ford Fusion. We setup the appointment for a Friday morning. Got there on-time and Mike took care of everything. In and out fast with no problems. My wife is on deployment to Afghanistan so I sold my truck. As soon as she returns I will be down to pick out a new truck or SUV.
