Communicated with dealer over weekend about car found online. I enjoyed the experience buying a car here because they gave me some space and let me look around at my pace. When I was ready to test drive they let me take several cars out. I never felt like I was being rushed or that my salesperson (Mike Asay) had somewhere else he'd rather be. I had done some research on price beforehand and their first offer was so good that I just took it. I don't think I could've got a better one even if I'd haggled for an hour. On delivery, everything was ready to go. Mike showed me everything that the car could do (Explorer). He showed me so many features (which were all really cool) that I finally told him that I'd just look in the manual for anything else it might do (I was ready to drive it home). That said, I think he actually showed me everything. I never look forward to the buying experience (I like the idea of a new car, just not the process to get it), so I found this interaction very refreshing and will be more excited about it next time. Also, when I first arrived I was looking at a car in front of the owner/manager of the dealership (Gardner Britt) who came out and personally talked to me about some of the models I was thinking about while I was waiting for Mke, whom I had an appointment with (this was not my first visit, I move slowly). Leonia did an exceptional job providing customer service, while clearly the dealership was extreamly busy. I have never in 30 years and some dozen vehciles ever bought any after sales products, but this would be the first. I think Lisa could sell a steak to a vegitarian. Great service and great employees. Herey Proano was very professional and personable. We came in and two hours later drove off with our new 1013 Ford Expedition. Working to get what we wanted from the type to color the staff was there for us and not a complaint from a one. My only negative was because of the internet staff. We were lead to believe that the sales staff would know what we were looking for prior to arrival. The salesman was blindsided by our arrival but he rose to the occassion, and that's what did it for us. This would have speeded our purchase along. More

When my husband and I needed to replace our car, I was nervous about going to a car dealership -- I had never done so before -- and I was worried that our needs and concerns wouldn't be taken seriously. I worried that the people we interacted with would be interested only in their bottom line, and that we'd be rushed and pressured into buying something. But I was happy to work with Mike Asay -- he was very low-key, and answered all of our questions honestly and helpfully. He explained that the quality of the products sell themselves, and there's no need to pressure anyone to buy. I never felt at all uncomfortable during the car-buying process. The dealership was also flexible with me during the purchasing process, allowing me to get my kids and bring them to the dealership to complete the process when I was running out of time. A finance associate helped me find the best possible financing, and explained each step in the process very thoroughly. Overall, I was surprised, pleased and highly satisfied with my entire experience with the folks at Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, and I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone work with Mike Asay in particular. To give an example of Mike's character, he's offered several times to explain the features of the car to me again even after I bought it, as he knew (with two grumpy kids in tow) I might not have gotten the overview he would like me to have about the purchase. It's also worth noting also that I love my new car. More
