She worked along with Dario Beltran, one of the sales managers, and he too went the extra mile to get a price we were comfortable with. Katie Wood explained some of the available extras thoroughly, but didn't pressure us to purchase them. She also set up and showed us how to use various features of our new car. Daniel in finance was knowledgeable and helpful too. There were none of the usual car dealership games here. If you want a no hassle, straight-forward and easy car buying experience, go to Ted Britt Ford and ask for Leonia. She is fantastic! We can't say enough positive things to describe our experience here. More

The experience I had from ad through financing was very prompt, professional and courteous. In responding to the ad from CARS.com, I received two e-mails, one from Dan Little who said I was going to be con prompt, professional and courteous. In responding to the ad from CARS.com, I received two e-mails, one from Dan Little who said I was going to be contacted by "Lucy", who then sent me the second e-mail. Then I received a call from Dan, so I'm not sure why Lucy was involved at all. Dan set up an appointment with Mike Asay, and Mike called to confirm our appointment. When I met Mike, he had the vehicle all ready for the test drive, including clearing off most of the snow from the car. The test drive was very informative and helpful. I liked that Mike actually owned that model (different year) and could share his knowledge of the car with me. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase, the rest of the process in my opinion was typical of most car dealers with the usual upselling, but I was happy that they didn't press when I said I didn't want the extras. The one improvement to the whole experience that I am not sure how it could be handled better is that there were some surface scratches in the finish of the driver door that were not readily noticable before purchase because the car was not quite clean on the outside due to the bad weather. In all, the process started at 12:40 PM when we arrived, and ended at 3:55 PM when I drove off the lot. More

Communicated with dealer over weekend about car found online. They sent additional pics and we agreed to a price and they took a deposit on the car, then refused to sell it to me after discovering rust online. I enjoyed the experience buying a car here because they gave me some space and let me look around at my pace. When I was ready to test drive they let me take several cars out. I never felt like I was being rushed or that my salesperson (Mike Asay) had somewhere else he'd rather be. I had done some research on price beforehand and their first offer was so good that I just took it. I don't think I could've got a better one even if I'd haggled for an hour. On delivery, everything was ready to go. Mike showed me everything that the car could do (Explorer). He showed me so many features (which were all really cool) that I finally told him that I'd just look in the manual for anything else it might do (I was ready to drive it home). That said, I think he actually showed me everything. I never look forward to the buying experience (I like the idea of a new car, just not the process to get it), so I found this interaction very refreshing and will be more excited about it next time. Also, when I first arrived I was looking at a car in front of the owner/manager of the dealership (Gardner Britt) who came out and personally talked to me about some of the models I was thinking about while I was waiting for Mke, whom I had an appointment with (this was not my first visit, I move slowly). Leonia did an exceptional job providing customer service, while clearly the dealership was extreamly busy. I have never in 30 years and some dozen vehciles ever bought any after sales products, but this would be the first. I think Lisa could sell a steak to a vegitarian. Great service and great employees.
