When I didn't have the second set of keys to my old truck they were very cool about me bringing them by another day. We discovered Ted Britt Ford through an Internet VIP Pricing referral from our Credit Union (Navy Federal Credit Union). While we were anticipating a somewhat sterile encounter because of the "fixed-price" nature of this type referral/transaction, we were very pleased by the whole experience. The salesman (Ryan Carr) was very engaging and helpful. We arrived exactly at the time agreed for our appointment. Ryan was immediately available and had pre-positioned at the front door a vehicle exactly matching the parameters of our Internet search. Ryan took extra time to address every question that we had as well as to introduce us to several fascinating capabilities of the 2014 Ford Escape (selling us on the decision to trade our Volvo convertible for this SUV). However, a few of the features for that particular vehicle were not exactly perfect (color, specifically), so Ryan searched inventory and found the one single vehicle that did match our requirements. It was in a storage lot off-site, so Ryan had it quickly moved to the dealership, where it was detailed and prepared for delivery. Three and a half hours after going through the process of finding the "right" vehicle and completing all of the necessary paperwork, Ryan was still there tightening the last screw on our license plates and retrieving the sunglasses and EZPass that I had forgotten in our trade-in. His attention to detail is commendable. The time was now more that 30 minutes past closing. Jennifer Wainwright, Sabrina Morgan, and Ryan Carr were all still there making sure that everything we needed was provided or accomplished. Each of these three people was cheerful, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. More
The service staff at Ted Britt in Chantilly is by far the best I have experienced. Their care for the customer as well as the vehicle is top notch. Always greeted with a smile when I go in which is so refreshing, being known by name, Ted Britt truly takes the time to know its customers and doesn't just consider you just another sale, or another service job. I commend Ted Britt on the hiring of their employees who truly go over and beyond their jobs and it is very apparent. Thank you Vicki, Susan and Malachi!!! More

Greeted right as I walked onto the lot! Allowed me to test drive each vehicle I showed interest in and worked with me on getting all the options I was looking for. I came into Ford with the mindset that they were a possibility, rather than the absolute goal. I like to talk and joke, and Bryan kept right up with me with clever jokes and a good personality. When I asked a question, he answered it professionally. The most impressive aspect was his willingness to say, "I don't know, but I can find out." I've had several experiences with sales folks feeding me a line of.....you get it, when they really had no idea. Bryan's candor was impressive and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Though I was rather aggressive with pricing and incentives, Bryan never said, "No," and tried to get me everything possible. Even after I got up and headed out the door, Bryan kept trying to work the sale, which inevitably occurred. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bryan and would recommend him to others considering buying from Ted Britt Ford. In fact, I was so pleased, I asked for a stack of cards to keep in my office, in case someone asked for a dealership/sales representative recommendation. 5 out of 5 in my book. More
This past weekend my wife and I bought a 2014 Explorer from Fred. I have known and worked with Fred for years. Fred worked really hard for us to get the deal that suited us. I really had a great experience buying from Ted Britt Ford. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Mike Kennedy whose approach I admired for several reasons including 1. Follow-up, 2. In fact, the entire sales staff with whom I dealt exhibited these attributes to include those sales people who always made sure that I was being helped when it seemed I might be wandering around looking for something. I also had great interactions with the post-sale folks including Sabrina Morgan and Lisa Light-- everyone had a great sense of humor and were incredibly helpful. More
We had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt of Chantilly. Lisa Light was very helpfull with explaining the My Ford Touch system, and even helped via text message for several weeks after our purchase with other questions that I had about that system and a few other things. She responding quickly to my inquiries and was always polite and sounded genuinely excited to help. Jimmy Son in financing was very knowledgeable about purchasing from out of state as he used to work in the state we are from. I have never bought a car from out of state before and this put our minds at ease. I only wished this dealership was closer to us so we could use them for service on our car! More
