Katie got us set up with the Sync account while Lisa introduced us to the system and in the process, humor and a few coughs were observed. I came into Ford with the mindset that they were a possibility, rather than the absolute goal. Upon meeting Bryan I was immediately pleased with his personality and ability to carry a conversation. possibility, rather than the absolute goal. I like to talk and joke, and Bryan kept right up with me with clever jokes and a good personality. When I asked a question, he answered it professionally. The most impressive aspect was his willingness to say, "I don't know, but I can find out." I've had several experiences with sales folks feeding me a line of.....you get it, when they really had no idea. Bryan's candor was impressive and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Though I was rather aggressive with pricing and incentives, Bryan never said, "No," and tried to get me everything possible. Even after I got up and headed out the door, Bryan kept trying to work the sale, which inevitably occurred. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bryan and would recommend him to others considering buying from Ted Britt Ford. In fact, I was so pleased, I asked for a stack of cards to keep in my office, in case someone asked for a dealership/sales representative recommendation. 5 out of 5 in my book. More
I really had a great experience buying from Ted Britt Ford. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Mike Kennedy whose approach I admired for several reasons including 1. Follow-up, 2. In fact, the entire sales staff with whom I dealt exhibited these attributes to include those sales people who always made sure that I was being helped when it seemed I might be wandering around looking for something. I also had great interactions with the post-sale folks including Sabrina Morgan and Lisa Light-- everyone had a great sense of humor and were incredibly helpful. More
We had a wonderful buying experience at Ted Britt of Chantilly. Leonia Durant was very friendly and had our car that we selected ready to go (as we had called in advance and were coming from out of stat Chantilly. Lisa Light was very helpfull with explaining the My Ford Touch system, and even helped via text message for several weeks after our purchase with other questions that I had about that system and a few other things. She responding quickly to my inquiries and was always polite and sounded genuinely excited to help. Jimmy Son in financing was very knowledgeable about purchasing from out of state as he used to work in the state we are from. I have never bought a car from out of state before and this put our minds at ease. I only wished this dealership was closer to us so we could use them for service on our car! More
I was treated fairly by the staff of Ted Britt Ford. My sales associate was a little pushy but I was asking for alot. They did there job to get me a good deal and I was happy when I left. My car was totaled, so I had a few days to find a car before my rental was due. After a stressful week of car searching and an unproductive trip to another dealer, I decided to carryout my search online before my rental was due. After a stressful week of car searching and an unproductive trip to another dealer, I decided to carryout my search online to avoid any other negative experiences. My old car was a Nissan and I wanted an equivalent replacement. I found the perfect car via online search, which happened to be sold at Ted Britt. I was definitely impressed by how clean and well taken care of the care was in the pictures (though it's reflected in their fees). After my experience at the other dealer, all I wanted to do was sort out the price before getting my hopes up, especially since I live quite far from Chantilly. I made contact with Brian Affricano on a Thursday evening, and the next day he called back to follow-up. I told him my firm price, so he went back to discuss with his manager. By that afternoon, I was on my way to pick up the car. All in all, an easy enough experience. I was surprised by how easy-going the staff was once I arrived. They were likeable, friendly and not aggressive about any of the add-ons or financing options, which made it a really easy experience. Brian even offered to have my car washed the next time I pass through town. I hit a pothole at the intersection in front of the dealer, and Brian called the rental company next door to pick up the car, which was helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.
