Before stepping 3 feet in the building he was there to greet me and had the truck out front and ready for me to look at and it was GREAT the truck was even better to look at in person than over online photos. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on what the truck had and could do. Since then, I brought my Fusion in to Ted Britt for service every time and every instance has been a great experience. Because Ted Britt was able to turn my initial bad impression around, it made me consider purchasing my next vehicle through them. I recently purchased another Ford Fusion, but the Titanium model this time around. From the time I walked in the door until a few days later when I actually purchased the vehicle, Chris provided the best service I've ever received at a dealership. I have the tendency to be very impatient when having to wait for anything, but Chris ensured I was well informed, received a great price, was shown the many options (interior, different packages, etc) to select from, test drove multiple Titanium models, heck he even brought me a tasty cappuccino when I really needed one! I visited this dealership two times. When I visited this dealership in December I was not happy with the salesman. He did things I felt were not professional. However, I listen to WMZQ and they always promote this dealership. So I called the dealership and spoke with Mike Kennedy. I explained my situation to him and he assured me that if I came in now I did not have to use the other salesman and that my experience would be different. He was absolutely correct. I was very impressed with how he helped me select a car for my 17 year old daughter. Jen Wainwright explained to my daughter how everything worked and set up her phone to Bluetooth. Sabrina Morgan was wonderful with getting my loan approved. I am really glad that I returned to Ted Britt and was able to work with Mike Kennedy. More
