Leonia was absolutely wonderful when we went in to purchase our used vehicle. My wife and I went to Ted Britt Ford in response to an advertisement of a car in which we were interested. As it turned out the car was at an off premise detail shop. Being a Sunday I expected to be asked to come back at a later time. Instead, Mike Asay called the shop owner and within fifteen minutes or so the car was delivered to the dealer for us to test drive. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle that afternoon. There were NO pressure tactics usually associated with car dealerships.
