In fact, they hadn't returned my calls for an appointment and told me they couldn't promise that someone who knew the tech would be available. Mary tackled it herself. Joined me in the car. Called customer support. Downloaded the files to her own computer, stayed to see that the SYNC was still not taking and walked me to service. All while apologizing for the Fairfax (sister store). Turns out I didn't even get my issue resolved yet. So far, we think the system itself needs more than an update. Mary introduced me to a person in service to help me. I had to insist Mary go to eat her (now very delayed) lunch which I knew was waiting for her on her desk. She took my number to call and be sure I had been helped. Mary is a true keeper! I think she's new to you. Don't let her go. Thank you! I will certainly come to Chantilly for my future service needs. Wendy LeBolt More

Purchasing a new vehicle I came to this ford dealership because a friend of mine recommended me and told me that they can give me a vehicle of my own under my own name because I came to this ford dealership because a friend of mine recommended me and told me that they can give me a vehicle of my own under my own name because I have a car that I had someone to co-sign for me.. At first I talked to Henry Proano about my situation of getting a new vehicle. The main purpose of me purchasing a car was to have it under my own name. I told him that I don't have a good credit. But still he tried his best to give me one. Naznin Holcombe was great! I ask her if she can give me all the available car that I seen online for a VIP prices. She also did her best to find the car I wanted to purchase giving her the stock number for each car. I wasn't disappointed at all when she gave me some feedback of the possible car that I wanted to get. Lisa Light was also great explaining to me the types of things I needed to keep my car smell new and also look new. But I didn't add anything on there because my monthly payment was high enough, I didn't want anything extra on top of it. Anwar Hassan was great handling my papers at the end of the purchase. He also gave me tips on how I can keep my car and to refinance my car later within 6 months to 1 year to reduce my APR. He also told me if I could put an extra dollars here and there whenever my bills comes in the mail that I should!! And to pay my car ON TIME!! Everyone was great from sales associates to internet consultant to finance manager. One more thing I would like to include Mr. David Black, when Henry Proano did his best to put me in a vehicle and we thought there was no hope, David Black did his magic to put me in a vehicle that day which was March 31, 2014. He talked to me about getting a co-signer and I told him my situation that I really wanted my own car under my own name. He ask me what could I afford and I told him that I could afford anything as long as he can give me a vehicle on my own. He did his magic and at the end I was a satisfied customer. I recommend this to my friends and family if they want to purchase a vehicle. Ted Britt Ford sales associates will definitely will do and try their best to give you what you want. My overall experience was great. Working with Waqas via email was very helpful. Once I found my perfect vehicle, the whole process was pretty quick and painless. Dealing with Leonia Durant was such a pleasure. I will go so far as to say that she is the best car sales person with whom we have ever dealt, hands down! I can see why she's won awards. I sure hope Ted Britt can keep her because I will be sending anyone I know who needs a new car to her and tell them to ask for her, personally. I'm sure glad I did! My husband and I bought a Ford Flex and a Ford F-150 Supercrew, respectively. Yes. We are a double new-car family. Leonia was able to handle our unusual car-buying process with ease, devoting hours of time to help us find the cars we wanted. She is organized, decisive, knowledgeable, and a superlative sales person. Of course, I would expect this being from a retired Marine. I can appreciate her service at Ted Britt and to her country as I am a retired Naval commander who expects efficiency; my husband is a retired Naval officer as well. Leonia was the perfect fit for us. LIsa was very engaging at finishing, ensuring we understood everything. She was especially helpful at explaining how the computerized system works and helped us to sync our phones to our systems. Very cool feature in our cars. Anwar actually made the financial process fun, which, believe me, is a mighty feat. It's the most boring part of buying a car but he was a pleasure to work with. The only negative was the IT setup. We live in the 21st century. Who even remembers what a dot matrix printer?? Apparently, the last of these dinosaurs live at Ted Brit Ford. The process could be easily sped up with the latest technology that most people have on their desks at home. I don't claim to be computer savvy but I could build the (carbon copy? Serious ancient history!) forms they used and have them set up as a .pdf so they can be emailed to a prospective buyer to fill out and bring with them, thus speeding up the process and making car sales more efficient. They could certainly sell more cars, in the long run, with a streamlined buying process. Otherwise, due to Leonia, LIsa and Anwar, it was a relatively great experience. I will be recommending Ted Britt and Leonia to my friends. More
