And from the time we first entered the Ted Britt Ford Service area until we left after our car was repaired we were cheerfully greeted by numerous Ted Britt Ford employees. In starting the service experience Andre Epps was friendly and thorough in making sure we would have all of our service issues handled. When we returned to pick up our car Thomas Ramey, our service advisor, greeted us by name even though he had not previously met us. These experiences made us feel like the Ted Britt Chantilly Ford service department wanted and appreciated our business. More

I submitted requests to three dealerships for a similar vehicle but this dealer was the first to contact me. I mean, I barely pressed send and Nanzin was calling to set up an appointment. I worked late the day of my appointment and didn't get to the shop until one hour later. By the way I was treated you would have thought I was on time. The vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Michael did not have much to do but to be courteous and to be upfront about pricing and the process. He was great. Then Jennifer took over. She wasn't pushy with the additional products the shop had to offer and I was grateful. The entire crew of folks that assisted me through the car buying process seemed genuinely concerned about my welfare and that I get the best deal, especially Daniela. She encouraged me to do what was best financially, and having just bought a vehicle 8 months prior, I knew that this is exactly what she was doing. Matt was extremely patient with explaining the costs to me when it appeared that things were not adding up. By the time I left there I didn't have the usual buyer's remorse that I feel when I just obligated myself to a monthly payment. Then of course there was Giles who was always present, ensuring that I had continuity of service during the two days it took for me to finalize the sell. The before and after views of the car sold me when I saw it the second time. I was also confident that I wasn't getting a lemon as Joe informed of the various repairs recently completed on car. Had a good conversation about family with Joe and felt good to chat with someone I felt had similar values. Jennifer had a wonderful disposition even though I wasn't interested in any of the products she offered ^_^ . Overall I got the impression that management is obtaining and correctly training its personnel. I'm a businessman and nothing is more important than building relationships and properly training personnel for customer service! More

Pretty good with a few minor flaws I enjoyed my experience at Ted Britt Ford for the most part. I wanted a new 2014 Mustang GT, and Jamel and David did a pretty good job of finding what I enjoyed my experience at Ted Britt Ford for the most part. I wanted a new 2014 Mustang GT, and Jamel and David did a pretty good job of finding what I wanted. They weren't able to find a glass roof model nearby for me, which was disappointing. However, they did end up having a Mustang with options I liked in stock, and the price I paid was more than $10,000 below MSRP, which of course is quite nice - the perks of buying right before a new model comes out, I suppose. I did not use dealer financing, so that part was a breeze - I handed them a check. They also were relatively efficient at dealing with the fact that I had two vehicles I wanted to trade in and didn't try (excessively, anyway) to undervalue them. Now, the not-so-good: My Mustang was delivered clean, but with a bunch of paper mats and such still crumpled inside and various shipping plastic pieces still attached. My car came with wheel locks, but they weren't installed - they were left in a plastic bag in the cup holder. They did not mount the front license plate bracket - Jamel seemed to think it wasn't included, but it was just in the trunk - so now that's bopping around on the floor until I get a drill to mount it...I hope I don't get a ticket! Nobody bothered to walk me through Sync or anything with the infotainment/navigation system, which can be rather labyrinthine and difficult to navigate for the uninitiated (i.e. ME!). And last, I only got one key with my car; the second key exists, but two extra dealer visits and a few calls later I still don't have it. I guess they tried to mail it signature-required to my house, and I wasn't home when it was delivered, so it was returned, but the whole thing has been a silly runaround that should have been figured out at delivery. Overall, I would probably go back to Ted Britt. The few complaints I have are relatively minor. Just be wary of the little things. More

Jamel let me know that he was a new sales consultant at Ted Britt, but what he lacked in time on the job, he more than made up for with patience & enthusiasm. He was willing to work with my hectic schedule, as well as wanting to understand how my work as part of a busy husband & wife real estate sales team made my vehicle selection process more complex. I was going to need a car that my clients would be comfortable in as passengers, and I also needed to have sufficient space to adapt to carrying a wide variety of household items as I often assist clients with some of the moving/cleaning out process. The C-Max SEL is going to do the job well & economically. Lisa Light was introduced to me after the purchase process was completed, when she assisted with making sure that the navigation system was up and running properly. She also cheerfully took the time to bring me up to speed on all of the tech & convenience features of my new C-Max (she even showed me things about my iPhone that I didn't know). Lisa has me excited about getting to know my new ride even better. Kevin H. More
