Moments that Matter! I have been dissatisfied with the service in the new car sales at the Lexus dealer in Chantilly. I have purchased 8 cars from them over the past 12 ye I have been dissatisfied with the service in the new car sales at the Lexus dealer in Chantilly. I have purchased 8 cars from them over the past 12 years. Each sales experience gets progressively worse and I feel like they have concluded that they no longer have to earn my business and I am "hooked" on them. They recently sought me out on a lease trade and pushed it as a great deal for me so we went forward. Not more than a year later they came to me again and I dealt with another sales person who questioned my last deal as "bad" not knowing it was with that dealership. I felt betrayed! I had purchased a truck for my son a few years ago at the Ted Britt in Chantilly and they were great on the sale and simply outstanding servicing the vehicle each and every time. I had been back to them several times talking new car purchase but was not ready to make a move as I had 2 Lexus vehicles not quite at the end of the leases. Each and every time they treated me as if I was buying that day and never lost patience.....absolutley professional, friendly and honest! When I was finally ready to buy I went out first to look at a Ford truck for myself. I was so impressed and treated so well I decided then and there it was time to make a deal for the truck and within 2 days I bought an Explorer for my wife......traded both Lexus vehicles.....when I talked with the Lexus dealer down the street about the payoffs they immediately woke up and tried to lure me back but I was so bitter with the last experience I told them I simply could no longer trust them with my business.....the reaction was one of ....ho hum! The Ted Briit team I noted above is my "go to team"......every time I go back to the dealership for whatever I need I get greeted by my name and a friendly smile......I feel like I have new friends......an absolutely first class operation from top to bottom! My sons F-150 Raptor will be traded when he graduates from college in 2 years and the replacement will come from Ted Britt.....I have already introduced him to my Ted Brit team so he knows who to talk to going forward...... Great Dealership- Give them a try I came to Ted Britt Ford after browsing their new car inventory online and submitting a request for more information. After answering my inquiry, the internet staff set an appointment for me to meet with Leonia Durant, one of their sales associates. Leonia was a pleasure to work with, taking her time to answer my questions and removing some of the anxiety from the car buying process. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car (though I did) and Leonia readily offered several options between models and financing to help me make and educated decision. Matt Aglio in finance helped me find a great rate on my loan. Matt's wit and personable nature added levity to the process of signing all the financial paperwork. Between discussions of SEC football we almost forgot we had real business to finish. Mary Burroughs in customer service quickly oriented me to my car without going into unnecessary detail or insulting my intelligence. In short, Mr. Britt has a very professional sales team who lets you know your business is important to them. If I were in the market for another car, I would consider using this dealership again. I've been a Ford owner for 24 years. When it came time to get another new car, I headed to Ted Britt of Chantilly first. I had been getting my Escort serviced there for years so it just seemed right. One of my friends thought I might like a KIA. While the KIA was nice, it just did give me the same feeling that driving a Ford did. The service and sales staff at Ted Britt are wonderful and worked very hard to get me and my family in the right vehicle for us. My new 2014 Explorer XLT is fantastic! More

Mary Burroughs did a fine job linking our phones to the blue tooth, even though I am too old to understand everything she did. I took her word for it and it works just fine. Period. She is adorable. Ted Britt should give them both a raise. I will love my new fancy car and will keep it a long time, I hope. I would buy another car from this dealership. Our salesman, Mike K, took the time to understand our needs, provide suggestions, and let us make informed decisions. No pressure, no hype. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. I had my elderly father with me and a horrible headache and they made every effort to make us comfortable and speed up the process. Lisa L and Matt A were amazing and super nice. Everyone seemed genuine and not just putting on a show and smile to make a sell. We plan to return for future purchases. More

I spoke with John Church, the internet sales consultant the day prior to going to the dealership. I went to the dealership with no "appointment". I had done a lot of research and knew through their website auto inventory that they had a Ford Fusion with the exterior colors, interior colors, and options that my wife and I were looking for. John Church gave me a drive off the lot total cost/price (over the phone). Having done a lot of shopping and research on-line, including estimating what the actual dealer cost was and all the "hidden cost/miscellaneous fees" might be, I felt like their internet price was actually a good price. I really didn't feel like I had much room to "haggle" with. Whitney Sullivan was the salesman whom I worked with. He was cordial, knowlegable, and low pressure. After a test drive, I definitely decided that it was the car for me so sat down we did the paperwork. I'm glad he asked who my employer was, because he volunteered that I could get a few more hundred dollars off through them. This, plus another "trick" saved me almost $1000 off the price that I was prepared to pay. Customer service reps, Mary Burroughs and Jennifer Wainwright were very nice and were very helpful in explaining some of the features of "SYNCH W/ MYFORD" and "MY FORD TOUCH Package". Also, finance manager, Matt Aglio was very pleasant to work with. Overall, buying a vehicle from Tedd Britt Ford of Chantilly, VA was a pleasant experience for someone who doesn't like the whole car shopping experience. Maybe I'm a sucker, but I drove my Fusion off the lot feeling that I got it at a fair/reasonable price and dealt with some good people. More
