Whitney Sullivan was our salesperson and we immediately felt that he was more concerned about getting us in exactly the car we wanted than he was about making a sale. Although very professional, he made us feel comfortable and under no pressure to buy. Unfortunately our circumstances changed at that time and we did not purchase a car. But when our search resumed a couple of weeks ago, we immediately thought of Whitney and decided if we were to buy a Ford, we wanted him to be our salesperson. For about 3 days last week we worked with Whitney and the team to determine all our options (and we exhausted all of them!). Finally we found exactly the car we wanted and we left the dealership feeling like we got a great deal. We can't say enough about how hard Whitney worked to make sure we got the right car and once we had decided to buy, the paperwork process was smooth and quick. Whitney is the kind person that you can bond with quickly - very personable, jovial and very knowledgeable about the cars. Overall, we had an excellent experience with this dealership and we'll certainly be recommending Whitney and the team should we hear of anyone interested in a new car. More
Talk of the Town On Thursday my husband and I bought a beautiful Ford Fusion from Ted Britt. We both agreed that we got a good deal, our salesman Mike Kennedy was very knowledgable of the stock and found excatly the right car for us. Price was an issue since my husband had already decided how much he wanted to spend "Not a penny more, out the door" Mike never pushed us to spend more he got us "Out the door" with the price we wanted. This was something we really liked and talked about later. The second person to take care of us was Lisa Light she was likewise very knowledgable, she began by offering us a cleaning package for the car, we didn't think that was practical for us but we discussed mats for the floor and trunk and she knew exactly what we wanted and set it up right away, again like Mike no hard sell she just gave us what we wanted. Her help with setting up the phone/radio was GREAT she was so patient with my husband and all I could do was laugh. The third person was Matt Aglio, He made the financial end a breeze got us a fabulous rate/payment and charmed both of us with his sweet personality. The next day a the bank drive-thru the teller noticed or new car he asked where we bouhght it seems he bought his car there too and was likewise very happy with the experience. He is an excellent salesperson, showing care, patience and loyalty to his customers. The entire team has been equally as kind and they take time to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Buying a car is always a long and stressful process, but the staff at Ted Britt goes to great lengths to move as quickly as possible without leaving out any important steps. My family will continue to buy our vehicles there especially because of Fred. The entire staff from bottom to the top management works together and their focus seems to be always on the good of the consumer. Lisa Light has a great sense of humor and has the difficult task of trying to sell add ons at the end of a long negotiation between salesman and purchaser. She did a great job of combining her own experiences, showing empathy, and not appearing too aggressive. The final visit of the night was with Matt Aglio who was very professional and also moved the process along without compromising any important information we needed. I like the fact that he read along with us the details of the contract and did not push money or any talk of "closing" the deal. My husband and I left feeling very happy about the decision we made about of new vehicle. I would strongly recommend Ted Britt Ford to anyone, I think they too will be life long customers! More

Moments that Matter! I have been dissatisfied with the service in the new car sales at the Lexus dealer in Chantilly. I have purchased 8 cars from them over the past 12 ye I have been dissatisfied with the service in the new car sales at the Lexus dealer in Chantilly. I have purchased 8 cars from them over the past 12 years. Each sales experience gets progressively worse and I feel like they have concluded that they no longer have to earn my business and I am "hooked" on them. They recently sought me out on a lease trade and pushed it as a great deal for me so we went forward. Not more than a year later they came to me again and I dealt with another sales person who questioned my last deal as "bad" not knowing it was with that dealership. I felt betrayed! I had purchased a truck for my son a few years ago at the Ted Britt in Chantilly and they were great on the sale and simply outstanding servicing the vehicle each and every time. I had been back to them several times talking new car purchase but was not ready to make a move as I had 2 Lexus vehicles not quite at the end of the leases. Each and every time they treated me as if I was buying that day and never lost patience.....absolutley professional, friendly and honest! When I was finally ready to buy I went out first to look at a Ford truck for myself. I was so impressed and treated so well I decided then and there it was time to make a deal for the truck and within 2 days I bought an Explorer for my wife......traded both Lexus vehicles.....when I talked with the Lexus dealer down the street about the payoffs they immediately woke up and tried to lure me back but I was so bitter with the last experience I told them I simply could no longer trust them with my business.....the reaction was one of ....ho hum! The Ted Briit team I noted above is my "go to team"......every time I go back to the dealership for whatever I need I get greeted by my name and a friendly smile......I feel like I have new friends......an absolutely first class operation from top to bottom! My sons F-150 Raptor will be traded when he graduates from college in 2 years and the replacement will come from Ted Britt.....I have already introduced him to my Ted Brit team so he knows who to talk to going forward...... Great Dealership- Give them a try I came to Ted Britt Ford after browsing their new car inventory online and submitting a request for more information. After answering my inquiry, the I came to Ted Britt Ford after browsing their new car inventory online and submitting a request for more information. After answering my inquiry, the internet staff set an appointment for me to meet with Leonia Durant, one of their sales associates. Leonia was a pleasure to work with, taking her time to answer my questions and removing some of the anxiety from the car buying process. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car (though I did) and Leonia readily offered several options between models and financing to help me make and educated decision. Matt Aglio in finance helped me find a great rate on my loan. Matt's wit and personable nature added levity to the process of signing all the financial paperwork. Between discussions of SEC football we almost forgot we had real business to finish. Mary Burroughs in customer service quickly oriented me to my car without going into unnecessary detail or insulting my intelligence. In short, Mr. Britt has a very professional sales team who lets you know your business is important to them. If I were in the market for another car, I would consider using this dealership again. More
