He arranged to have the exact car that I was interested in seeing brought over from the other dealership immediately. Although I was purchasing a new Expedition to replace my current Expedition he encouraged me to take it for a test drive and explained all of the new advances that had been made. I was very impressed! I came in with the internet price, and there was no problem honoring the quote. I was very pleased! The rest of the staff helped me with the sync options and explained it thoroughly. Walked me through other options such as the interior/exterior protection, extended warrantee, and pre paid maintenance options, some of which I purchased. I didn't feel pressured, just informed. Thank you! I had not intended to buy that day, but between the price and service I just couldn't say no! This was the third car I have purchased from Ted Britt Ford Chantilly and I am sure I will be back! More

It really felt like we were buying our Escape from a friend. He worked to get us a great deal and truly was the complete opposite of the stereo typical "car salesman". At no time did I feel one ounce of pressure from Brian and if your looking for a great sales person to work with and eliminate the typical headaches associated with buying a car go to Ted Britt in Chantilly and make sure and ask for Brian Affricano and then request Lisa Light as your personal customer service representative! Lisa was great teaching us how to use the blue tooth features in the car and even paired our phones for us! Lisa makes everything fun with her upbeat, friendly and fun personality. The thing I'm most impressed with about Lisa is that she assured us if we ever needed anything at all in the future to email her (which goes strait to her personal cell phone) and that she will be there for us, and promised to always respond the instant she see's it! Even on her day off :) She really takes customer service to a new level. A responsive inside connection like that is priceless. The people in this dealership from start to finish were professional, friendly and really made buying a car fun and enjoyable :) Particularly I think Brian & Lisa deserve a raise because they are true assets to the Ted Britt organization. Extremely disturbed by information provided Tuesday May 13th I contacted Ted Britt Chantilly regarding a used SUV that was listed on your internet site. I spoke with Prakash asking several ques Tuesday May 13th I contacted Ted Britt Chantilly regarding a used SUV that was listed on your internet site. I spoke with Prakash asking several questions about the SUV and felt I was given incorrect information. I called back and spoke with Jiles and questions were clarified. I sent up an appointment to look at the SUV for the next day between 2:30 and 3:00. I arrived at 2:45 and was told Jiles would be with me shortly. I waited for him until 3:15, and left the dealership without Jiles or anyone else ever coming to speak with me. Later in the evening both Prakash and Jiles left voicemail messages for me asking me where I was. Later I return Prakash’s call and asked if the price of the car was negotiable. He said he would speak to the manager and call back. When he called back later he said the price was not negotiable. I understood and thanked him for his time. He then asked what price I was looking for. I said I would think about it and call him back on Thursday. Late in the evening May 14th I left him a message with the price I was willing to pay for the SUV. He left me a message on May 15th stating he would sell the SUV for the price I had told him and I wanted to purchase the SUV. We set up an appointment for me to see the SUV on the 15th. When I arrived at the dealership again he said the car could be purchased for the price I requested. The car was not on the premises, but down the road being detailed. We went and looked at it and I was ready to buy. He said the car would be ready on May 16th. Back at the dealership I again asked to have the price we had negotiated and he said he would check to verify the price. Then David Black stepped in and said not to worry I would get the negotiated price. Later in the evening Prakash left me a voicemail message stating he would not sell me the SUV at the negotiated price and call him back. I will not call back. I am appalled that I was lied to by both Prakash and David when they both stated I would be able to purchase the SUV at the price that was negotiated earlier. I understand if your dealership would not have agreed to the price I had requested, but I do not understand why I was told one thing, and then another. Was this a ploy to get me into your dealership? My family and I have been owners of Ford automobiles for over forty years and we will not ever consider purchasing an automobile from your dealership again. I will let everyone I hear of that may be considering looking at or buying from your dealership that you are a very dishonest dealership. Why do you feel your employees can quote a price and then change your mind after being told the price had been approved? In my estimation this is why some sales people and car dealers have such a poor reputation. I do want you to know I will post an unfavorable review on Angies list and will send a letter to Ford Motor Company. Respectfully, Claudia Gilmore More

Hangen, with his utmost professionalism helped me during the entire car buying process. I used on-line pricing for the first time and was not sure what to expect; to be honest I was waiting for the old bait and switch, which I am happy to say, never happened. The entire process of walking into Ted Britt of Sterling and being welcomed by J. Wainwright; J. Hangen excellent listening skills helped me find "my vehicle"; and last but not least working with M. Aglio for financing and driving off the lot was a very professional and friendly experience. More

It was definitely worth the nine hour drive back Cincinnati. I would definitely deal with this team again way before dealing with any of my local dealers who were unwilling to work with my wife and I. More
