I buy here, I have my car serviced here. Fred knows everything there is to know about Explorers (probably every other model too), Lisa makes the learning curve fun (and I know I can call her when I forget what she taught me), and Daniella was able to relieve some of the pressures by giving us time to decide on the various options.
