Once you buy the car, they stop responding. I had an awful experience. At first, everyone was very friendly. However, after we left the dealership the nightmare started. First, my fiancé and I B I had an awful experience. At first, everyone was very friendly. However, after we left the dealership the nightmare started. First, my fiancé and I BOTH bought brand new fords. My fiancé bought the special package that's supposed to repel things of your car, some kind of extra protection. When we left the dealership (we were there for over 8 hours - most of the time WAITING for finance), his car wasn't even clean! His Black edge had white spots. We told Leonia we would come back after work the next day for the car and she assured us she would make sure it was cleaned correctly for us. The next day we went back after long days of work, and the car was exactly the same - nobody had cleaned it. Then, Leonia told us she had planned on having it done the next day - when were you going to tell us this? We came all the way here after waiting 8 hours the previous day and waited a few more hours! Then it came out of being cleaned - and had a chip in the paint. We made arrangements to come back AGAIN when their paint person would be there - even though we live an hour away. Obviously at this point we were annoyed. They told us we could take the car and go - it wasn't until after we left the dealership we realized they hadn't given us our plates! So we turned around to get the plates. Leonia grabbed them and stopped at the inside service desk to get a screwdriver. ALL OF THE SUDDEN, our plates were missing! Leonia had no idea where they were and we had to get new plates and a new registration, taking even more time. Leonia promised us she would get us "all-weather mats" for the trouble (we did give you our business which was two brand new SUV's) and my fiancé said okay. Well, when he went back to get the chip fixed on his car, he asked about the new mats and the person didn't know anything about them and Leonia wasn't there. So he emailed her and it's been over a week with no response - it seems they only care about you until you buy a car from them. Then, today I call PNC about my loan as it's been a month and I haven't received my loan documents. THE DEALERSHIP NEVER SENT THEM TO PNC. So I called the dealership, but does anyone respond? No, of course not. So now I'm sitting in flux trying to decide how to get in touch with SOMEONE to get my loan information sent out correctly, and we also of course never got the mats we were promised. Worst dealership ever. I would not recommend it and definitely would not return. Nothing against Lisa or Daniela, but our whole experience was awful, time-consuming, and expensive (our gas to get back and forth). UPDATE: I finally got in contact with someone, and it's even worse. I was told that my loans are from a completely different company than all of the forms I signed had. I was also told that we can come pick up the all-weather mats whenever is "convenient" - it's never convenient, I've spent well over two sets of mats on gas to and from your location, so I'm not going to spend another $50 to come get one pair of all weather floor mats when we have two cars. They are beyond ridiculous - worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't care at all whether their customs are happy as long as they get your money and your review. More

AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!! I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle as a surprise for my wife. I initially thought I would buy her a new small 4WD SUV but after some though I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle as a surprise for my wife. I initially thought I would buy her a new small 4WD SUV but after some thought, decided that she deserved something sportier and I ended up purchasing her a 2014 Mustang. When I arrived at the dealership, I had set up an appointment with Prakash and, when I shifted gears on him, EVERYONE in the dealership kind of rolled with the changes and instead of new SUV's, we took off looking at new Mustangs. Prakash was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the right vehicle to make her surprise fantastic!!! He got the features I wanted and the price that I really wanted to see as well. He was a great salesman all the way around! From there, I was given over to Lisa Light in Customer Service to help me finalize everything. She helped me get the remote start installation scheduled, the paint and interior warranty that protected the car 100% and went so far as to find a HUGE bow for me to put on my wife's surprise. It was fantastic! And then, after giving my wife her new car and driving back to the dealership to pick up my truck (which I left to drive the new car home) she stayed WELL AFTER closing time to give my wife the introduction and primer to the car so she felt comfortable using the features. She was fantastic!!! When I went to sign the paperwork for financing, Matt Aglio helped me make the right decisions as far as extended warranties and coverage so that EVERYTHING was covered for her and I had to worry about nothing. He was great. A fantastic attitude and just an all around great person to work with in every regard!!! When I took the car back a few days later, Thomas (my service adviser) made sure that the remote start was perfectly installed and everything worked without a hitch - explaining to my wife how to use it and walking her through everything. I could not end this recommendation without mentioning two other people that have been very instrumental in making our experience at Ted Britt Ford an OUTSTANDING experience. Those two are Carol and Ed in the parts department. They have both helped make sure that the parts ordered as add-on's for our car (and truck) were exactly what we wanted and went out of there way to provide the kind of service you wished most people would provide for their customer's. The took the time to look up the parts and make the calls necessary to ensure everything was as we wanted it to be. You don't find that type of service anywhere these days - except here!!! All in all, our experience so far as been one that will ensure that our next vehicle is purchased here and no where else. I could not however end this without paying special homage once again to Lisa, our customer service rep. A couple of days after purchasing our vehicle, we were at the lot waiting to pick up our car from having the remote start installed and noticed a feature that we really wanted to have for our vehicle. She took the time, again, to treat us as though we were the only customers she had, and make the necessary calls to see if it was something that could be done after the fact. She is truly a great customer service representative - In every respect - both before and after the sale of the vehicle. You could not ask for better service. In fact, to date, we have had nothing but fantastic service, from friendly and attentive people, who go out of their way on a personal level to make you feel as though you are the only customer in the dealership. Hanger Rash Repair I impacted my house with my new 2014 Ford Fusion Energi and the passenger side mirror was destroyed; I immediately called Ted Britt Ford Chantilly For I impacted my house with my new 2014 Ford Fusion Energi and the passenger side mirror was destroyed; I immediately called Ted Britt Ford Chantilly Ford, they ordered the part, and made an appointment for me to have the part installed. I arrived the morning of my appointment, was greeted immediately with a smile, a friendly approach, and they had my car back in the shop almost immediately. What I expected to be a very long wait ended up being less than an hour, it came out looking as good as new, and the entire experience was very pleasant. The only issue was the part was more than I was quoted, but, the install price ended up being less, so it was nearly a wash. I was so pleased with this visit, one of the best, easiest service visits I have ever had, and I would recommend Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly to anyone. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and it was a very good experience (not counting the stupidity of me killing the mirror to start with...). More
