There was a truck in the showroom that I had not even payed attention to before. Turns out I liked it better. 2 1/2 hours later it was parked in my driveway. No issues what so ever. Jennifer Wainwright has been a superstar from start to finish. She helped me "sync" up, figure out all of the gadgets and where to go if I needed help after I left. She has been more than understanding of my schedule trying to get the undercoating applied. She has been a huge help. The experience has been event free and straight forward. Just the way I like it. This is NOT one of those reviews. Thomas Ramey is the first service advisor I have ever not dreaded visiting, which is saying a lot! Among other qualities, he is honest, professional, and friendly. A rare trifecta of that is very unusual for someone in such a stressful and demanding profession to possess. Almost a year ago I moved about an hour away from Chantilly and I still bring my car to Thomas for whatever it needs. In a nutshell, Thomas is your guy for good service at Ted Britt in Chantilly. They have always been wonderful to deal with, and the Chantilly Auto Park location continues that legacy. After having a 2004 Ford Focus through 2013, buying the 2014 version was a no brainer. Chris Ferrarese worked with us to find us a great car with a terrific price tag. Without him, we would not have been successful in our purchase.
