We had been looking for a vehicle and had been to a few different dealerships before going to Ted Britt. one dealership was ok, but didnt have the answers we were looking for and the other seemed to be down right crooks (they tried to sell me a vehicle that shouldnt have even passed inspection according to my mechanic and didn't even inquire why when I told them). Mike was recommended to us by friends who had recently bought a vehicle from him and so we set an appointment with him. Mike was EXCELLENT. He answered all of our questions and was a straight shooter. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to haggle or "sell up", etc., (as like we had had in prior experiences with buying a vehicle) but gave us practical advice on what we were ideally looking for. because of that my wife and I shifted our priorities a bit (did we want a third row seat, 4x4, towing, some of it, all of it, what was the purpose for wanting these things - kids, boats, etc.) and we are certainly better off for it. in hind sight, if we had gone in with our original expectations without having spoken with Mike we would have spent more money and been less satisfied than we are now with our purchase. mike also accommodated every aspect of the process making it a lot easier on my wife and I with our 3 young kids. from start to finish he walked us through the whole process while the whole time keeping our best interests in mind. he was able to abstract from what we said we wanted, inquiry as to why we wanted those things, and then gave us the best practical options to best fit our needs. he was very professional and nice as well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone (in fact I will soon be in the process of brining my father in to get a vehicle with mike). best vehicle salesperson I have worked with hands down, we will certainly be working with him in the future. I found my recent experience with the team at Ted Britt (in particular Edres, Mary, Susan, and Giles) excellent in every way, during, before and after the purchase of my new Ford Taurus. It was refreshing to have a car dealership actually work as a team towards a mutual goal and provide the right attitude. Two other local dealerships lost my business due to their inability to try to meet my requirements for the right car at the right price. After the purchase of my vehicle, the customer service seems to keep getting better as opposed to some of the experiences I've had in the past, in which customer service stops once you've made the purchase. No regret in my decision to purchase the Taurus and it's options (Tint, Service, etc.,). Thank You Ted Britt Team for providing me excellent service, Cordially, Chris S More

I was immediately greeted by a Stephen asking what he could help me with, and from that point on, it was smooth sailing. I told him exactly what I was looking for, we walked the lot, and then began looking through the inventory in the system. We found one that I absolutely couldn't pass it. The price was right, the deal was perfect, high fives were exchanged, and then papers were signed. They detailed the car and I drove away. By far the easiest car buying experience. I would highly recommend Ted Britt, and especially Stephen to anyone who is looking at buying a Ford. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and that is something that is often overlooked when you're making a purchase. Way to go Ted Britt. I'll be back! More

This was by far the easiest and best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. We never felt pressured into a sale and felt as though Chris F. had our best interest in mind. He was respectful of our price point and inevitably worked a deal that got us a beautiful car with more options that we had originally asked for! What I was most impressed with is that Chris kept us in the loop every step of the way. When he had to step away, he was never gone for a long period of time, but also gave us space when he sensed that my husband and I needed to discuss things alone. Chris made sure our car had a full tank of gas and was detailed while we signed our final papers. He took care of us as if we were his family, not customers that he had just met that day. We look forward to servicing both of our vehicles at Ted Britt and most definitely recommend Chris Ferrarese and buying a vehicle at Ted Britt! More
