It became better when I actually went to visit and met my sales person, Michael Asay. He was patience with me and provided all I needed to know about the vehicle. His product knowledge and service was absolutely perfect! I wanted to come home and think about my choices and there were no high pressure to buy immediately. I met Michael's sales manager and he too was very low pressure and easy going. Overall experience was just perfect. The entire staff from the dealership were friendly and helpful. The other vehicles I'm considering may also be nice but I'm not sure how dealership experience can be better than Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. I should also mention that the price (discount) was amazing too! More

Mike was also knowledgeable about the vehicle and infinitely patient with us when we walked into the dealership near closing time to purchase our car. Mike made me feel that I could trust him, like a close friend giving me honest advice about which car to buy. He was never pushy and totally turned upside the car salesman caricature. Excellence in Service! I was #7 in line for the service department first thing on a Monday morning with ride concerns of my newly purchased F-150. I was very impressed with how quickly the check-in process was proceeding. Susan Bushey, the manager, was out there assisting with the initial write-ups. Later in the day I had received an update from Vicki, a service advisor. Robert, the service technician working on my truck even took the time to speak with me about the diagnostics he had performed on the vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the process was just as expedient. Respect for the customer, professionalism, thoroughness, and efficiency is a winning combination and greatly appreciated! More

He let us take the vehicle to lunch to relax and think about what was best for us. We bought a beautiful 2012 F350 and could not be happier. Giles was able to get us comparable financing through Ford that our bank provided. Amara quickly got us from the internet to a salesman that could help us out. Anwar did the financing and was so professional. He helped us get the extended warranty that made us comfortable (better than a brand new one!). The dealership is gorgeous:open, clean, bright and has such friendly people. We drove from Charlottesville Va to this dealership, which should tell you something. We have a lot of closer places, but I will be coming back here. More
