After shopping two other area dealerships in one week, I visited Tedd Britt and found they had the best choices for either a 2014, 2015, or a used car with low miles, great warranties, and an excellent price. My husband and I were impressed with the physical attributes of the dealership -- it's clean, modern, and has plenty of comfortable places to relax with a cup of coffee, as buying a new car is exhausting. Tedd Britt's team of people made this a fun experience. For such a busy dealership it really runs like clock work as all the people there work as a team and are very much into the customer, which we appreciated. Our salesman, Randy Swan is a class act and knows his stuff. Connie Caballero is smart woman who helped me learn all the tech stuff in the car, and Arturo Carcas is a finance guru who worked up our loan. Connie also got us a reduced price on an add-on we wanted for maintenance of exterior and interior. No hard sell anywhere, just nice, knowledgeable professionals in each part of the process.
