David Black, Sales Manager, showed his interest in me as a customer and let me know he was available to answer any questions without overshadowing his sales team. Waqas Asif was a wonderful salesman. I initially contacted him to simply test drive the new MKC with a warning that I would not make a decision that day. He took plenty of time to explain all the vehicle’s features and gave me ample time to examine and test-drive it. He was conscientious in his follow up to my visit. He let me know he was very interested in having me as a customer without being pushy. When I returned to the dealership, he was well prepared for my visit. It was obvious he is very knowledgeable and passionate about cars and enjoys meeting new customers. Connie Caballero was a terrific customer service representative. She was very clear and concise in all her explanations of features, coverage, and support available to me from both the dealership and Ford/Lincoln. She was very helpful in setting up my system and made me feel that I can count on her as a helpful resource if I have further questions. Matt Aglio was more than the “finance guy”. He was so friendly and personable. He definitely made me feel that he was interested in personal service and not just the numbers. Overall, a superb experience! More

Great Trouble-Free Experience, Excellent Customer Care Bottom Line: I was as happy with the dealer as I am with the new car (Fords are surprisingly well-done cars these days). Each step of the process fro Bottom Line: I was as happy with the dealer as I am with the new car (Fords are surprisingly well-done cars these days). Each step of the process from internet shopping to sales to finance to follow-up questions about the electronic features has been easy and professional. I've since recommended Ted Britt to several friends who were looking for cars (and one of them headed over and bought a Fusion Hybrid from them a few weeks later). I used a car buying service through USAA to price a Fusion Hybrid with options I was interested in. I visited another dealership in the area just to look at the models, but when I got my price offers from the buying service Ted Britt came in over $2000 less than the other dealers. A friend of mine had bought a Focus ST from them the previous year and was very happy with his experience, so I was glad to be dealing with them. Once I had submitted a request and received the price offers, I was promptly contacted by Ted Britt's internet team to see if I had any further questions. They followed up on the features I was curious about. I had gotten off work early and gone by Carmax for a trade-in quote on my old car, and the dealership was on my way back home. They had a good selection on the lot, and offered a test drive of one of the cars I was interested in that afternoon. The salesman Henry sat in the car with me and talked through the different features I was curious about before the test drive. There were no hard-sell techniques or pressure to buy. I was very happy with the car I test drove, and was able to buy it that evening. Both Henry and the finance dept, Joey, made it easy to decide to buy. Joey got me a better rate than my bank had offered, and Mary Burroughs walked me through setting up the electronics before I left. She also answered several follow-up questions I had within the next few weeks. Again, this was a great experience and I'd wholeheartedly recommend going to Ted Britt. More
Great experience, will buy from again! Wow, first time ever buying through a dealer and I am glad I chose Ted Britt. Originally went in looking for a Super Duty, looked at a couple models, Wow, first time ever buying through a dealer and I am glad I chose Ted Britt. Originally went in looking for a Super Duty, looked at a couple models, and changed my mind a couple days later to a late-model Explorer. First worked with Melissa W. who was very patient with me, not pushy, and happy to help even though she knew I wasn't going to buy that first day. Came back a couple days later to look at Explorers, Melissa was busy, so her sales "partner" Mike Kennedy came out to help me. Great guy, super laid-back, excellent beard. Showed me the 2011 Explorer Limited that I had been looking for. The mileage was a little higher than what I wanted, but I threw out an offer that I never thought they would hit just for the xxxx of it. They didn't come down quite that low, but they came down several thousand dollars to BELOW trade-in value on the vehicle and roughly $3000 below what KBB and Edmunds were listing as the value. To top it off, they offered to pay off the $3000+ remaining lien on my 11 year old Subaru with a dying clutch and check engine light for a reasonable price. Working with Matt in financing was a breeze even though I told him I intended to go through my credit union eventually. They gave me a great rate; so great that I may not even go through my credit union. My only gripe would be the fact that the process took some time. Start-to-finish took 5 hours at the dealership, only because they were one finance staff member-down that day. The car is also taking a little bit longer to be "ready for me" than I would like. Bought the car on a Sunday, and it sounds like I'm going to have to wait until Tuesday evening to pick it up. It's kind of a pain to have to wait on something you spend so much money on, but (playing devil's advocate) I also viewed, drove, and bought the car before it was ever detailed or cleaned up for the lot in the first place (worth noting, but I don't think this is typical). Nonetheless, Mike still handed me the keys to a loaner (late model) Ford Fusion to drive until it was ready. Definitely a nice gesture! By the time we left on Sunday I felt like everyone in the sales room knew us on a first-name basis, and they never stopped offering us drinks, coffee, or places to sit and hang out until they were ready. Fantastic experience, fantastic car, great group of people. Very, very pleased! More

I told him the time I could by to see it and when I got there, he had it ready and waiting. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle. I dealt with David only, no in-between car salesman. He then took me to see Mr. Clifford, the finance manager. What a pleasure that was! And then with the wonderful assistance of Trevor Smith, I was in my new car and going down the road in record time. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Ted Britt and I have been a satisfied customer. I highly recommend David Black, Mr. Clifford, and Trevor Smith. - the best! More
