Connie Caballero was very helpful in setting up my accounts and providing valuable information on vehicle protection opportunities. Daniela Vargas was wonderful. She offered outstanding information on service plans as well as helping close the deal with all of the financial and administrative details. The dealership is ultra clean, bright, has an excellent selection of vehicles, and very friendly. Stay Away I wish that there was an option for zero stars. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ted Britt Chantilly. Before entering the dealership, I called I wish that there was an option for zero stars. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ted Britt Chantilly. Before entering the dealership, I called to inquire about the return policy (offered by competitors) and was told that all Ted Britt used cars had a 5 day return policy. Satisfied, I purchased a 2012 F150 and had a pleasant experience. The first time driving on the highway revealed a problem with the transmission. I returned to the dealer the following day (one day after purchase). I was kept waiting for a few hours to talk to a sales manager and then a general manager. The general manager told me that he would not honor the 5 day return policy and that it was his practice (and Virginia law) to never accept a vehicle return. After negotiation, he finally agreed to accept the return and give me back my trade if I paid him $4500. I was completely baffled. How could a high-end Ford dealer extort it's customers in this fashion? I offered to pay him $500 for the inconvenience - he scoffed and offered to take my $500 and keep my trade - essentially giving him my car for free and paying $500 just for walking into the show-room. I am without words. I am a life-long Ford owner and a military veteran. If you fall into either category, take your business to another dealer. More
