I went to the dealership after seeing the vehicle on cars.com in which no mention was made of the reconditioning cost (in addition to the published, rather exorbitant $689 processing fee). Despite my initial concerns, I was able to work with Mike R. and reached a price that was extremely fair. Mike, Matt, and Jamie H. were all a pleasure to deal with and overcame my inclination to walk away. In particular, Mike and Jamie took the extra steps to ensure we were pleased with the vehicle - promising to get us a missing second key and manual, as well as tutoring my daughter on the vehicle's operation and options. More
