great experience until i did more research I liked these guys until I did more research and found a great price from another dealership. they said they would price match but if another dealer h I liked these guys until I did more research and found a great price from another dealership. they said they would price match but if another dealer has a competitive price, you hear radio silence from these guys. i even wanted to buy a more expensive car that they had in stock, i just wanted similar rebates (car i was buying was same make/model). if they couldnt match something i'd just love to know why. anyway i bought my car elsewhere and was very happy with the customer service. wasnt the cheapest but i was definitely treated well. His personality and care for the customer is evident. I am always pleased with his skill and communications. He is a treasure to the dealership. I value him and trust him completely. Other service folks I have enjoyed working with are Orlando and Ryan. Both greeted me when I had to return and their level of service was far above the norm. It's great to have happy people who are anxious to satisfy the customer and respect the time of the customer. I cannot speak highly enough of this service department. Best I've ever had in my 61 years! More

Long drive from MD to get there but worth it. I was apprehensive about driving 60 miles round trip to check out a pre-owned car from Ted Britt but looking back it was well worth it. Ahmed Albadri, I was apprehensive about driving 60 miles round trip to check out a pre-owned car from Ted Britt but looking back it was well worth it. Ahmed Albadri, Tommy Dorsey & Donald Kim were all helpful in working with me to get to a price I was comfortable with and they agreed in writing to fix a few blemishes on the Acura MDX i wanted to buy. the deal was fair. the only negative was the drive and I had to follow up with a a couple of calls to get the work done.
