Great Sales and Finance Team I purchase my 2015 F350 Platinum on Saturday April 4th. I did my research, knew the exact vehicle I wanted and went to make the deal. I located the I purchase my 2015 F350 Platinum on Saturday April 4th. I did my research, knew the exact vehicle I wanted and went to make the deal. I located the exact truck I wanted from my online search and approached my salesperson Naz. After a little haggling over the price of my trade in we agreed on a final on a deal that I am very happy with. Naz was great, we took the truck for a test ride, Naz went over key features, some I didn't know a truck would have and reviewed the purchasing process and what I should expect from the dealer. Aside from a heated debate over the price of my trade the overall experience was great. The staff at Ted Britt could not have been any better. But that is easy when you’re selling a $70k truck. Now for the real test. In my over zealous state of mind ready to buy the truck of my dreams I hadn't considered the parking garage at work. Something my friends pointed out immediately. I drove to work and discovered that the garage door was a clear foot shorter than my truck. I was panicked! With all day Sunday to think about how I would get to work I decided to buy back my trade in. The next day I called the dealer and did not know what to expect. I know that dealers make money on trade-ins and wasn’t sure how this would play out. I called Naz and told him what had happened. Naz took the reins and ran with it. He called me a short time later and told me I could buy the car back with a minor, very minor transaction fee. I was extremely grateful. In my opinion Naz was fantastic! He definitely could have burned me on the buy back of my trade in. There was plenty of money left on the table. I brought in the cash for old car and was out the door in less than an hour. Most of that time was spend gloating over my new truck! If you are looking for a new Ford I strongly recommend Ted Britt. And if you do use Ted Britt ask for Naz. You won’t be disappointed. I also have to commend Daniela in Finance - I tortured her a bit during the finance process. Daniela was very helpful and patient. More
