Dealership Experience Fernando Rivas was the salesman we worked with and he was great. I would give Fernando a rating of a 5. However, the internet individual, Brittany Jones, who we were previously working with was not good. We saw a car over the internet that we interested in coming in for and scheduled an appointment for 4:00 on Saturday May 30, 2015. The car that we test drove was not the car that we had been discussing with Brittany prior to coming in. Brittany made several phone calls and follow-up calls to make sure we would at the dealership at 4:00 on Saturday. When we sat down with the salesman after test driving the car that we thought had been the car that we had been discussing with Brittany we were advised that it was a different car. Brittany never informed us that the car that we were interested in purchaser had been sold sometime that very day prior to us coming in at 4:00 pm.. Additionally, we arrived at the dealership on time for our appointment and Brittany was still at the dealership but never bothered to greet us or thank us for our inquiry and even call us prior to use coming in for our appointment that the car we were interested was sold. The Rating that I would give Brittany is a 1. We met with the manager of the dealership and explained our situation on the bait and switch of the vehicle his comment back to us was "I am in the business of selling cars" and my response to him was "As a returning customer to this dealership I guess he was not in interested in selling me a car that day". The replacement car was approximately $2250 more than the one we saw on the Internet. We finally agreed on a price for the vehicle that we did test drive and discussed all rebates that we would receive we then waited approximately 3 hours to get in to do all the paperwork on the car. When we get to the financing part of the car we were advised that if we finance through Ford Credit we would lose all of our rebates which amounted to $3,250.00. When we questioned this, we were told that that is how the Ford Financing works but there is no where on your website or commercials that have been running for the Memorial day sale that states that. What is stated is $250 rebate for Ford financing and $750.00 for military appreciation and $1500.00 loyalty rebates and Ford Financing. In order to retain $3000 of the $3250.00 in rebates that were agreed to for the price of the car, we had to go through another financing institution (Bank of America). It should be noted that on this particular Saturday, I received an email from Ted Britt Ford saying Congratulations on the purchase of my 2012 Mustang Convertible GT/CS that I did finance through Ford Credit with all rebates included. The dealership we purchased the car from on Saturday was the same dealership that I purchased my Mustang from 3 years earlier to the day. From the time we agreed on the price for the car until we got through the signing of all the paperwork approximately 3 hours there was no additional contact from anyone in the dealership about additional options, etc. Waiting 3 hours and spending a total of 4.5 hours in purchasing a new vehicle is way too long and not a good use of anyone's time. The wait time is way too much. I would rate this as a 2. On an average I would rate this dealership at a 2 versus my rating of a 5 when I purchase my mustang back in 2012. I want to stress that in no way is this a reflection on our sales person - Fernando Rivas who I rated at a 5. He was put in a difficult position that should never of happened and I would not have expected this as a return customer. In Summary as a returning Customer to this dealership I was extremely disappointed. I get all my service done at the same dealership. Right now I would say a Maybe on recommending the dealership but since that is not an option and I cannot affirmatively say Yes my answer would be NO. More

Amazing Service! I was looking for a 2015 mustang gt, and this dealer had THE car I needed! I expressed my interest of the car through their website, and was immediate I was looking for a 2015 mustang gt, and this dealer had THE car I needed! I expressed my interest of the car through their website, and was immediately contacted by courtney. After that we setup a time that I would come in, and I was met by Blane who did an outstanding job and did not make me feel pressured at all into buying the car. He helped me get the best price I could. Nate was also of great assistance after Blane helped me get INTO the car. Lastly, the finance team is spectacular. Roxanne did everything in her power to make sure I'd be happy with my payments! Would definitely come back!! More

I gave her exactly what I was looking for and she called me back within hours with 3 matches. Keep in mind, I have looked for 2 months for a certain color, fabric, and features that were difficult to find. Leonia had great energy, such a positive attitude and was so easy to work with. She walked me through every step of the deal and even wanted to put my new tags on for me. I could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend her to everyone I know in the market for a new car. She will hook you up :) I also had the pleasure of working with Nicole in Finance and she got me the best rate possible, running different scenarios for me to get me into a comfortable financial situation. Professional and Quick Henry Proano had the car I was interested in pulled up front and waiting for me when I got there. We did the test drive and then the negotiations, trade-in eval, financing, etc quicker than I've ever experienced. This was good because I wanted fast. If I had wanted a more leisurely experience, they would have spent as much time as I needed. Henry was great. Jenny Kueny handled the customer service and did an awesome job going over all the features of the car with my wife, who is not very techie. Matt Aglio did the finance and was very personable and obviously great at his job. Overall the best car-buying experience I've ever had. More

Ted Britt Chantilly eases the New Car Process Buying a new car and going through all the steps: looking at various models, test driving, paperwork, trade-in, readying the car, etc. is a process no Buying a new car and going through all the steps: looking at various models, test driving, paperwork, trade-in, readying the car, etc. is a process no matter how prepared you are...it's just time consuming. Ted Britt in general, and especially the Chantilly location, makes it much easier to go through. Our most recent purchase there was in December 2014, and previously in 2010. Prior to that, over the years we have purchased 4 other Fords at Ted Britt (for a total of 6). The down to earth approach has made the last two purchases enjoyable. Specifically our Salesperson Fred Stoner (we've now bought two cars from Fred) and Matt Aglio in Financing. They are very open, honest, and present both the pros and cons of various choices...no unwarranted pressure applied. Over the years since 1992 we've also been nothing but pleased with the Service Teams at Ted Britt (both locations). An all around good experience. More

The saleswoman kept badgering me about ford finance even though I told her three times I had my financing already in place with my credit union and I wasn't going to change. She refused to let it go, I spent 3 hours with her from 11am until 2pm on May 14th and this was my second visit, before she would even give me a price. When she finally relented she had to get the numbers from "David", she brought them to me and every time I wanted to talk about the numbers she went back to financing. When I discovered she had added the 895.00 freight into both the "sticker" price and again onto some sort of vip price to double it I showed it to her and she walked off AGAIN to go see "David" I had had enough of this insulting behavior so I left. "David" called me later, still refusing to sell me the car without ford financing, I bought an expedition from Ted Britt Ford many years ago and they were nice folks, easy to buy from. What happened?
