Jack Armbruster The whole purchase experience of an automobile at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly was expertly handled by three wonderful people. Jack Armbruster -the Sales Consultant - very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Jack is super amiable and easy to work with even in the sometimes tedious grind of negotiating a deal. Jenny Kueny - Customer Service - puts a completely new meaning to the words "Customer Service". Jenny led us through trying to make us understand the electronics, the paint and leather coatings and all of the time with a smile and an effervescent personality. She is very customer oriented and said on more than one occasion that she is there to help anytime. Her attitude speaks wonders and she lives everything she says. Last but not least is the finance man, Matt Aglio. Matt is very professional and friendly at the same time. He also noted that he loves his job, and it was evident by the care in which he led us through the finance maze, including the warranties, maintenance and tires. I can't say enough good things about these three dedicated Ted Britt people. I would deal with them anytime. More

Imagine my surprise when my husband & I went to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly researching new cars (after an auto accident in March 2014 when my Lincoln was demolished), & found Randy sitting at the desk when you 1st enter the showroom. I loved loved my Lincoln LS, & wanted another one (well, actually, I wanted my old one back). We walked out that night with a 2013 Lincoln MKZ; I have received so many wonderful compliments from people about the MKZ. Randy has walked us through the various questions we have about it - every time. In addition, my husband recently went to Randy when he wanted to buy a new Ford F-250, & ordered it through him. Randy has been there for both of us. Can't say enough good things about Randy; I highly recommend him to others when they ask about my Lincoln MKZ and where I purchased it. Thank you Randy. More

I went into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a previously-owned vehicl I was very pleased with my experience at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln. I went into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a previously-owned vehicle but wasn't exactly sure which car I wanted. My sales representative, Randy Swan, was very patient with my family and I as I browsed through the different vehicles and allowed me to test drive many vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about each of the different models and helped me to ultimately decide on a Ford Escape. He walked my family and I through the paperwork, careful to detail what exactly each of the forms was describing. Patrick, Jenny, and Cliff were also very kind and helpful throughout the entirety of the process. They truly cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend each of these personnel as well as this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase another vehicle! More

Great Customer Advocate! I recently brought my vehicle into the Chantilly Service Center for a regular oil change and miscellaneous other service items. One of the items on m I recently brought my vehicle into the Chantilly Service Center for a regular oil change and miscellaneous other service items. One of the items on my list was a strange sound my vehicle has been making. Due to the irregular frequency of the sound, I requested that a technician ride with me so that I can ensure the sound was heard and recognized by the dealership. To my surprise, Mr. Pitts, the Chantilly Service Director, rode with me. He literally 'went the extra mile' to ensure he listened to my concerns and heard the strange noise my vehicle was making. Once he heard the noise he did a few inspections to ensure it wasn't something loose in the trunk of my car or something visibly loose underneath my vehicle. His only concern was that the customer was properly represented while my vehicle was in his department's care. More

Great Purchasing Experience on a 2015 Explorer I purchased my 2015 Explorer from Mike Asay at Ted Britt Chantilly. Dealership Experience Fernando Rivas was the salesman we worked with and he was great. I would give Fernando a rating of a 5. However, the internet individual, Brittany Fernando Rivas was the salesman we worked with and he was great. I would give Fernando a rating of a 5. However, the internet individual, Brittany Jones, who we were previously working with was not good. We saw a car over the internet that we interested in coming in for and scheduled an appointment for 4:00 on Saturday May 30, 2015. The car that we test drove was not the car that we had been discussing with Brittany prior to coming in. Brittany made several phone calls and follow-up calls to make sure we would at the dealership at 4:00 on Saturday. When we sat down with the salesman after test driving the car that we thought had been the car that we had been discussing with Brittany we were advised that it was a different car. Brittany never informed us that the car that we were interested in purchaser had been sold sometime that very day prior to us coming in at 4:00 pm.. Additionally, we arrived at the dealership on time for our appointment and Brittany was still at the dealership but never bothered to greet us or thank us for our inquiry and even call us prior to use coming in for our appointment that the car we were interested was sold. The Rating that I would give Brittany is a 1. We met with the manager of the dealership and explained our situation on the bait and switch of the vehicle his comment back to us was "I am in the business of selling cars" and my response to him was "As a returning customer to this dealership I guess he was not in interested in selling me a car that day". The replacement car was approximately $2250 more than the one we saw on the Internet. We finally agreed on a price for the vehicle that we did test drive and discussed all rebates that we would receive we then waited approximately 3 hours to get in to do all the paperwork on the car. When we get to the financing part of the car we were advised that if we finance through Ford Credit we would lose all of our rebates which amounted to $3,250.00. When we questioned this, we were told that that is how the Ford Financing works but there is no where on your website or commercials that have been running for the Memorial day sale that states that. What is stated is $250 rebate for Ford financing and $750.00 for military appreciation and $1500.00 loyalty rebates and Ford Financing. In order to retain $3000 of the $3250.00 in rebates that were agreed to for the price of the car, we had to go through another financing institution (Bank of America). It should be noted that on this particular Saturday, I received an email from Ted Britt Ford saying Congratulations on the purchase of my 2012 Mustang Convertible GT/CS that I did finance through Ford Credit with all rebates included. The dealership we purchased the car from on Saturday was the same dealership that I purchased my Mustang from 3 years earlier to the day. From the time we agreed on the price for the car until we got through the signing of all the paperwork approximately 3 hours there was no additional contact from anyone in the dealership about additional options, etc. Waiting 3 hours and spending a total of 4.5 hours in purchasing a new vehicle is way too long and not a good use of anyone's time. The wait time is way too much. I would rate this as a 2. On an average I would rate this dealership at a 2 versus my rating of a 5 when I purchase my mustang back in 2012. I want to stress that in no way is this a reflection on our sales person - Fernando Rivas who I rated at a 5. He was put in a difficult position that should never of happened and I would not have expected this as a return customer. In Summary as a returning Customer to this dealership I was extremely disappointed. I get all my service done at the same dealership. Right now I would say a Maybe on recommending the dealership but since that is not an option and I cannot affirmatively say Yes my answer would be NO. More
