I've purchased and leased many cars in the past and have always spent hours at the dealership haggling over this or that. I emailed an inquiry on the Lincoln MKZ on Monday, got a response back from Randy later that day. I like to deal with these things over email and by the next day, Randy had found the lease, for the down payment I wanted and the monthly payments I wanted. All without ever talking on the phone. In fact, the first time I even talked to Randy was when I went to pick my car up. This may not sound like a great thing but trust me, it is. I still have other dealerships calling me from my one web inquiry. Once at the dealership I dealt with Wendy and it was awesome. I kept thinking "this is too easy, something is going to come up", but it never did. I was in and out and driving my new Lincoln home in about an hour. The best experience I've had without a doubt. No Nonsense Car Buying Experience I've avoided buying a new car because I don't like haggling and I hate the nonsense surrounding the entire car buying process. I made those feelings known to Josh through an internet inquiry about a vehicle advertised on the Ted Britt website. He answered my questions about the car I was interested in and followed up to see if I would be interested in seeing the car in person. Moe worked especially hard to ensure that the process went smoothly. Larry worked also worked on the final sale. They didn't try to pressure me into making a decision I wasn't sure about. I returned to the dealership and completed the process to purchase the car - Sonya and Dan completed the final steps including financing the purchase. I took possession of the car and haven't had any regrets about the purchase. I would recommend Ted Britt Ford to others and I would buy a car from them again in the future. More
