Easy as they come So I was in the market for a Toyota 4 Runner. I had just stopped by Oursman Toyota in Chantilly to test drive above mentioned SUV no issues really So I was in the market for a Toyota 4 Runner. I had just stopped by Oursman Toyota in Chantilly to test drive above mentioned SUV no issues really with Oursman they just didn't have what I was looking for. As I was leaving Chantilly auto park I drove by Ted Britt Ford and sure enough they had a really nice looking 4 runner sitting out front on the lot. So I stopped in and met a nice sales rep. named Jim. All I have to say about Jim is he's got a sense of humor and he was easy going. No sales pressure at all. I had some special circumstances regarding how I whated to handle the deal. I had two trade in's and thought this was going to be a big hassel and or problem. Long story short got the truck at a reasonable deal Jim made the whole transaction completely Hassel free and really I was buying the truck before I really knew it was all going through. I really contribute the effort less purchase to Jims behind the sense work to get the deal done and the stress less ease Jim made sure the experience was going to be. Our SUV had the optional white platinum paint color on it. Fernando searched everywhere for a replacement and within a couple of days found one for us. I've purchased and leased many cars in the past and have always spent hours at the dealership haggling over this or that. I emailed an inquiry on the Lincoln MKZ on Monday, got a response back from Randy later that day. I like to deal with these things over email and by the next day, Randy had found the lease, for the down payment I wanted and the monthly payments I wanted. All without ever talking on the phone. In fact, the first time I even talked to Randy was when I went to pick my car up. This may not sound like a great thing but trust me, it is. I still have other dealerships calling me from my one web inquiry. Once at the dealership I dealt with Wendy and it was awesome. I kept thinking "this is too easy, something is going to come up", but it never did. I was in and out and driving my new Lincoln home in about an hour. The best experience I've had without a doubt. The only suggestion would be to include tax, tags and fees in the price on the vehicle, to avoid any shock to a customer that may be new to car buying.
