Fred Stoner from sales did a terrific job showing us vehicles and walking us through the sales process. As part of the purchase experience we had the pleasure to be introduced to one of Ted Britt sons - Michael - who was very personable, caring and customer focused. Each step in the buying process had additional products and services that were offered and although we chose only a few additions there was no pressure. The personnel from customer service to the business office were friendly and provided us with information, and we made our decisions accordingly. We walked out with a great deal and the entire buying experience was smooth and painless. We are highly recommending the dealership and Fred Stoner to our friends and family. More

I bought the original truck from Koons so I reached out to them first. Took 2 days to hear from someone!! Even then they had my name wrong and the wrong kind of car I was looking for. I called over to Ted Britt, someone got back to me right away. They had an Expedition that seemed like a good fit. I went over for a test drive and found a great staff who were friendly and knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics!!! I got an awesome deal for my old Expedition and a better deal on my new one. To anyone looking for a Ford I would send them to Ted Britt!!! More
Nightmare Experience Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Ford Fusion. Negotiated on-line and had great experience. We had been looking for 6+ months for the right CPO. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Ford Fusion. Negotiated on-line and had great experience. We had been looking for 6+ months for the right CPO. We went to dealership the next day and the nightmare started from there. The car was not even at the Chantilly location. Sat around for that. Car showed up and it was filthy inside and out and covered in scratches. The sales person I was assigned was so slow I really wanted to help him do his job. We came back a couple days after when car was prepped and purchase vehicle. We live in Maryland and car was inspected in Virginia. No problem. I expected to pay for a Maryland inspection. Well car FAILED. We brought car back to get a headlight issue resolved and all the service department did was adjust the headlight again which went out of alignment as soon as the car was driven. We tried for weeks to get the headlight fixed to no avail. We even spoke to Mr. Britt in charge of this location. Never heard back from him. We took to local Ford Dealership who in two seconds knew what was wrong and we spent over $500 on a supposed CPO to get it to pass state inspection. We finally gave up after about two months of screwing with Ted Britt. I have purchased many, many cars in my life time. This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership. Just because a car is a CPO and sold by a dealer, means ZERO apparently. I am so disappointed in Ford CPO and Ted Britt. Car also had a wiring issue with the blind spot monitor which we also paid for a local dealership to fix. Keep in mind the local dealership spoke to the Ted Britt service and told them what was wrong and they chose to not fix and were simply rude. They had our money. We are considering filing a BBB complaint. Oh I almost forgot about getting ready to leave with our Ford CPO and finding out they did not have both key FOBs or owners manual or a full tank of gas. Not even a 1/2 tank of gas. None of this was mentioned prior. Took weeks to get the second key and the owners manual that was after I complained numerous times. More

They even made it convent for me to drive the car to my dad so he could check it out without having to come in... I am very happy with my purchase, and they did all they could to work with me. Follow up service from the sales rep Leonia was awful All was smooth until I drove the car off the lot. When I arrived home (2 hours away from the dealership) I realized the owners manual on the certified All was smooth until I drove the car off the lot. When I arrived home (2 hours away from the dealership) I realized the owners manual on the certified Lincoln was not in the glove box. Calls and emails to Leonia went unanswered and it wasn't until I called David Poole one of the managers that I received a voicemail from Leonia asking me to call her back. I returned the call and we were disconnected within about 15 seconds of establishing the call and telling her who I was. She never called me back after the disconnect. About 12 days later the owners manual arrived in the mail. My issue is not really with the dealership. My suggestion is that if decide to purchase a vehicle from Ted Britt, make sure Leonia is not your sales person. She is very friendly and pleasant to speak with but has extremely poor customer service and communications skills. More

Easy as they come So I was in the market for a Toyota 4 Runner. I had just stopped by Oursman Toyota in Chantilly to test drive above mentioned SUV no issues really So I was in the market for a Toyota 4 Runner. I had just stopped by Oursman Toyota in Chantilly to test drive above mentioned SUV no issues really with Oursman they just didn't have what I was looking for. As I was leaving Chantilly auto park I drove by Ted Britt Ford and sure enough they had a really nice looking 4 runner sitting out front on the lot. So I stopped in and met a nice sales rep. named Jim. All I have to say about Jim is he's got a sense of humor and he was easy going. No sales pressure at all. I had some special circumstances regarding how I whated to handle the deal. I had two trade in's and thought this was going to be a big hassel and or problem. Long story short got the truck at a reasonable deal Jim made the whole transaction completely Hassel free and really I was buying the truck before I really knew it was all going through. I really contribute the effort less purchase to Jims behind the sense work to get the deal done and the stress less ease Jim made sure the experience was going to be. I am happy to give Ted Britt and Jim my recommendation. Second vehicle purchased from Ted Britt both great experiences. More

They considered my situation and got me into a 2016 Ford Focus. I love it. I will be going back in the future. More
