The car I was driving was a 15 year old Hyundai Sonata so a Ford F150 was a very different vehicle. Tom also had to deal with the fact that I wanted a minivan and my wife wanted the truck. No really, I wanted a minivan. As a friend said, I'm having a lousy mid-life crisis. Working with Tom brought me over a greater appreciation of a truck and the F150. Tom was ultimately able to find a F150 that met our price requirements, provided the features we wanted and more and was even able to find a truck in the color my wife had always hoped to get. The purchasing process took a while but I don't know many places where the salesman brings you a plate of food for lunch there at the dealership. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Both times, Randy was able to find the car we wanted and get us a great deal but then when it came to processing the financial paperwork things came to a halt! Not happy with having to spend several hours waiting to see someone in finance to finish the paperwork and complete the deal. With our busy schedule, I would much prefer to provide all of the information either by phone, email, on secure website and be notified when everything would be available to signing. Aside from this, would definitely recommend Ted Britt Ford and Randy Swan to friends and family and won't hesitate to work with them again in the future! More
