Great sales consultant and customer service I bought a new 2016 f150 lariat from Ted Britt Chantilly. My sales person was Mike Asay. After searching all over nj and ny, I got not get a better of I bought a new 2016 f150 lariat from Ted Britt Chantilly. My sales person was Mike Asay. After searching all over nj and ny, I got not get a better offer than what Mike offered me. He worked everything with me over the Internet, we agreed on a price and say of transaction over emails as well. I was treated very well. Mike explained me everything about the truck, introduced me to customer service and finance. We shared with Will that we were not there to buy, just shop. Will treated us professionally, answered all our questions, and even answered questions we didn't think to ask. Will was NOT pushy, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the thrill of considering our options. Once we decided to move forward with a purchase, Will made the process as painless as possible. Once we had a deal, Will introduced us to Aivy Ho our Customer service representative. Aivy reviewed after market options with us and she's emailed and called me to ensure I'm still happy with my purchase.......WOW, so that's customer service. Oh and Will has contacted me too, again to make certain I'm happy with my purchase, no regrets and enjoying the options on my car to their fullest. We don't buy cars often but after this experience, I may be back sooner than later, especially with a new driver in the family obtaining his driver's license soon. More
Outstanding customer service My husband and I went to this dealership last weekend to look into leasing a Ford Escape. I was tired after a long day and was dreading going because, My husband and I went to this dealership last weekend to look into leasing a Ford Escape. I was tired after a long day and was dreading going because, in the past, car shopping has never been a positive experience. However, the customer service at this dealership was excellent! Although we arrived an hour before they closed, the sales person (Tony Habibi) and the manager (Matt Aglio) worked with us to get to a price point that we were happy with. Tony was absolutely fantastic! We were there until about 11pm on a Friday night, but every employee we encountered (Sales/Finance) was so pleasant, and we drove home with the new car that same night. I highly recommend this dealership, and their great staff! More

Bait & Switch Con-Artists. You think you know what you are getting and then comes the bait and switch and their BS trying to force you to spend $10k more then the Con-Artists. This time I was determined to leave after 2 hours with or without a new car. Mike very respectfully met my demands and I drove off the lot with my new Edge on my timeline. In truth, I spent an extra 45 minutes in the parking lot while Mike patiently demonstrated all the cars' features and set my navigation to the nearest celebratory cup of fru-fru coffee. More
Champagne taste and a bit of a beer budget We dealt with Tom Blood for our purchase. Tom was patient and knowledgeable as he worked to find a vehicle that met our expectations. The car I was driving was a 15 year old Hyundai Sonata so a Ford F150 was a very different vehicle. Tom also had to deal with the fact that I wanted a minivan and my wife wanted the truck. No really, I wanted a minivan. As a friend said, I'm having a lousy mid-life crisis. Working with Tom brought me over a greater appreciation of a truck and the F150. Tom was ultimately able to find a F150 that met our price requirements, provided the features we wanted and more and was even able to find a truck in the color my wife had always hoped to get. The purchasing process took a while but I don't know many places where the salesman brings you a plate of food for lunch there at the dealership. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More
It's the first time I've been in a dealership in 15 years , and I'm happy. Darwin Matamoros was my contact after an inquiry over the internet and he arranged two test drives, worked with me on appraising my t , and I'm happy. He was very clear when we were talking numbers and even though I'm sure he came out ahead on our deal, I felt like I got a good deal as well. That's how it's supposed to work. The dealer wins and you win. I'll update my review for service since I have the new car, but I'm very happy with the sales/purchase team. More
