Great customer service - return customer I previously leased a SUV from this dealership about 3 months ago, and was recently in a car accident so it was totaled. I went back to this dealershi I previously leased a SUV from this dealership about 3 months ago, and was recently in a car accident so it was totaled. I went back to this dealership this past weekend to look for a replacement vehicle. The sales person (Al) was excellent! He and his manager really worked with us to find a deal that we were happy with. We left that same day with another leased SUV! I highly recommend Tedd Britt Chantilly! More
Happy accident Originally, we did not consider Ford for our next car, and stumbled upon Yes Britt Ford Dealership in the drive back from Mazda. Since we did not find Originally, we did not consider Ford for our next car, and stumbled upon Yes Britt Ford Dealership in the drive back from Mazda. Since we did not find what we were looking for at Mazda dealership we decided just to "check out " what Ford has to offer. And there it was - the beatifull bright blue Ford Escape. And Fernando Rivas was just on time right there to answer our questions. We did not buy the car right there and then, since we still had a list to go by. Buy next morning we new that this was the car and this was the place we wanted to work with. Fernando was excellent and made the process much easier for us. Next time we need an update on vehicle that is the place we will begin at. And most likely, that's where we are going to buy. Thank you, guys! More

My husband and I had spent the day looking at cars and were starting to get a bit tired. We stopped at Ted Britt Ford after looking at Toyota's. Fernando Rivas greeted us with a big smile. He listened to what i was looking for in a car and what I needed. He showed us the C-Max & the Escape. We test drove both cars. I explained to Fernando, that I was going to take my time looking at other cars and I would let him know of my decision. Fernando would check in with me to see if I had made a decision. When I finally made my decision, he worked with me to find the exact model of Escape that I wanted and with the features I wanted. He understood that I did not want to buy a car and pay for features I did not want (moon roof, tow package, etc). He went out of his way to get THE car I wanted even though it was not on his lot. Just because the sale was over-he said I could still call him with questions. Fernando made my first buying experience with Ford fantastic! More
1st sort of new car is over 20 years My wife and I have a family of 11 with 9 kids ranging from 2 to 16. It has been over 7 years since we have been in one vehicle. We have been waiting for some time to save up and pay for a vehicle outright to avoid having a another car payment. When the time came after doing our research we went to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. Fernando Rivas was our sales lead and provided a personal touch and was there to answer any of our questions along with way. So far after having the vehicle for 1 week my wife and kids are extremely happy to be together. Our neighbors and sports teams have already been offering our services for events. We want to use the vehicle not only in the service or our family but for the community. I made contact with Ted Britt Ford last week looking for a Ford F-150 CrewCab. Ford was offering a bunch of trucks on their lot at marked down prices and rebates from MSRP. Michael Robinson worked diligently looking for the exact truck we wanted. We ended up changed our minds on the crewcab and opted to get a Extended Cab which better suited our needs. Everything was discussed over the phone, the price, a little haggling (expected), accessory add-ins, etc. We agreed on a price I was comfortable with and then we made arrangements to meet at the dealership on Labor Day. The best thing about this deal was that there were NO Surprises! We were coming from Southwest VA so we had quite a drive but once we got there we were immediately greeted by Michael and Joe (Sales Manager). Working with Thong in Finance was great! What a funny guy! At the end we were only in their for no more than three hours but the process was quick and they were ready for us. Which is exactly how it should be when purchasing a vehicle. No Surprises, No BS, just great customer service and a vehicle you requested ready to go upon arrival. Thank You Michael, Joe, Thong and Ted Britt! We'll be back for our next truck, after 100,000 miles of course (haha)! More

There were a few glitches that were not their fault and both our salesman, Fernando Rivas, and the Lincoln Sales Manager, Jenny Kueny, went out of their way to correct the problem and delivery our new car as painlessly as possible. It was one of the best delivery experiences we have had. Even the finance portion was quick and easy. No pressure to up sell. Options were explained along with the price and the decision was ours. We didn't feel any high pressure to purchase add-ons or warranty. The whole experience was very positive. More

Finally I’ve met a company and people that bring this statement to the front of my description of how I felt about my purchase. Purchasing a Lincoln from Ted Britt was the best car buying experience I've had in my over 30 years of buying Fords. Ted Britt has thought of everything, all the way down to the water and valets, and the employees clearly live the commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Mike Asay and Jenny Kueny worked together to make my time at the dealer comfortable and welcoming, both were very accommodating and seemed more than happy to answer all my questions, even those in the hypothetical. I also had some minor dealings within the first week with the Service department and Christina Wimbish was nothing but patient and diligent in her interactions with me. I couldn't be happier; great product, great dealer; great group! More
