My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tedd Britt, Everyone was friendly and hospitable. We were offered pizza and soda, although it was after we decided to purchase a vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is if a customer wants a specific vehicle and it is available at another dealership, it should be encouraged and supported if that is what the customer wants especially if they are paying for it. If you know a customer is going to buy a vehicle, going above and beyond to get the vehicle they want is very important. Encouraging or suggesting a vehicle that has one small thing the customer doesnt like, could be regrettable for that customer, even if it is something as small as cd changer, or specific color. The customer has to live with that small thing that they didnt want. When they could have recieved it if the dealership had encouraged ordering it from another dealer. The salesman and dealership would still get that sale in the end. Went in with an internet promised deal if I ordered a truck. They spent two hours trying to convince me to buy a more expensive vehicle from the lot. When I repeatedly said I wanted to leave and asked for my keys back, they kept trying to convince me to buy their higher-priced truck. I thought Bait and Switch tactics were a thing of the past.
