I came to Ted Britt in May with my friend who was looking for a new car. I wasnt in the market at the time, but then I met a salesman by the name of Chris Ferrarese. This kid is smooth. I bought two cars from him, one in May, and one in June. Got great deals on both cars, but even better customer service. He even came to my house to fix my seat cover, and not only did he fix the issue, he brought my kids Skittles. They think he is "awesome", and I find myself agreeing with them. 2 cars X 5 stars = 10 stars I will send everyone I know to Ted Britt Ford to see my guy Chris Ferrarese. Like he says, he doesn't make guarrentees, he makes deals! More

The worst sales experience ever - the old lowball offer technique. I entered the dealership advising the sales manager and the salesman that I wanted their lowest price up front - that I would ould not pl technique. Despite assurances that would not happen, they tried to do that. The temperature was about 95 degrees and they never even offered a cup of water, all part of their game to wear the customer down both physically and psychologically. Shame on Ted Britt in Chantilly. I left disgusted after their first offer when I was told, "We're just getting started!" Old school dealership tactics. Go elsewhere. More

Don't waste your time dealing with this place for new car sales. What they advertise on the internet, they will not allow you buy for. Bought a 2013 Ford Edge, sticker price of 44,500, I only got for 43,50 sales. What they advertise on the internet, they will not allow you buy for. Called the sales person, and got the "oh that is adding all the discounts, military discounts, blah blah". THEN, I got the let me talk to my manager tomorrow morning, since he is out this evening. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service while I was in the process of purchasing my 2012 Ford Focus at TB Ford in Chantilly. I worked with Tina Williams and she was awesom customer service while I was in the process of purchasing my 2012 Ford Focus at TB Ford in Chantilly. I worked with Tina Williams and she was awesome! She listened to my needs and did not try to put me in a vehicle I didn't want (which two other dealerships didn't do well prior to this instance). I had my 5-year old daughter with me and Tina was great with assisting in the process so we could get the deal done. I didn't feel pressured into anything and I was very comfortable working with Danny, the manager in Sales, and Joey, who works in the Finance area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Ford. Tina also assisted me once the deal was over in transferring my personal items from my old vehicle to my new one. To Tina's supervisor: SHE NEEDS A PROMOTION DUE TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My rating is a 5, the highest score, based on the customer service I received as well as the efficient and fast rate at which my request was processed. For the first time in 37 years, I actually enjoyed going to the dealer after working with such a fine group of people. Keep up the good work and keep selling vehicles. I went to Ted Britt based on reputation, and they exceeded the expectations I had from all I had heard about them. I have been very pleased with their sales, finance, and service performance in the exceeded the expectations I had from all I had heard about them. Even though I have not had to visit the dealer for anything, the truck is basically perfrect, but I still feel I am in constant contact with the dealer. I think that overall the sale was handled fine, except for the first finance officer. To much pressure in a short time. Did not like to be treated like that. I finally came back the next day and finished the paperwork like I told him I would do, and thankfully I had another finance person to work with. If I had to deal with him again, I would have walked out on the deal. That is how mad I got dealing with him. More

We are a comercial customer, and have purchased many vehicals from Ted Britt Ford. The dealer has our info on file so they take care of filling out all the apps and paperwork. This allows them to drop t vehicals from Ted Britt Ford. The dealer has our info on file so they take care of filling out all the apps and paperwork. This allows them to drop the vehical off at our office, leave the paperwork to be executed, and it is the easiest process in the world. We highly recommend building this type of relationship with this dealership, and have never been unhappy. More

Dan was great! He definitely took his time to find me the perfect car. He spent pretty much his entire day with us to help me look at cars, even taking us to the fairfax dealership to look at one car. I didn perfect car.
