So here is my story....... Every year I spend Thanksgiving with my family in Virginia . I am from New York..Long Island to be exact. The south shore. Oceanside. I am/was a victim of hurricane Sandy! A lucky one because I only lost my new SUV ! Well my nephews work for Ted Britt and introduced me one of nicest most reputable sales person Fred Stoner! He could not do enough for while purchasing my new Escape! He went above and beyond when I called him on Friday 1/11/13 needing special documents to register my vehicle in New York! He sent me ALL the necessary documents to register my new Escape! Talk about service!! I cannot say enough! Thanks Ted Britt and thanks Fred Stoner! Oh by the way .... This is my FIRST American made car in 30 years!!!!! And I LOVE IT! More

Being one of those people who are real particular (or crazy) about their cars, it's nice to have a dealer that dosn't treat you like just a number - Ted Britt treats you like a customer for life. I recently brought my new '13 Raptor in for service for a malfunction in the climate control . I spoke over the phone to the Service Manager Susan Bushey regarding the issue I was having, and she described to me right off the bat what the issue was, and the 2 resolutions there could be for a fix. She set up my appointment with Andre Epps and I brought the truck in. I knew it could take some time to diagnose what needed to be fixed, and I was given updates on how the service was progressing while in the waiting room. Susan brought me a loaner, and I was called during the day by Andre with the updates for my truck. Ted Britt's Loaner for Life program is awesome. And what a relief to not have to constantly call the dealership to try and get a hold of someone, and more importantly get updates on your car like I've heard people have to do with other car dealers. They keep YOU informed - Susan called me the next morning to tell me everything was good to go. I arrived, picked up the truck (which they washed for me, by the way) and was on my way. You could not ask for better customer service from a dealership.....It starts from the top with Gardner Britt and seems to be a part of every aspect of Ted Britts business, from sales to parts to service. More
My husband and I visited Ted Britt Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge. We were greeted prior to entering the building by Henry who we spent the next 6 hours with. Henry was an excellent sales person, he made sure I looked at all my options and brought several cars over from other lots for me to look at. He made sure I understood all of the differences between the vehicles and made sure I was clear with all the options and extras. He spent several hours with us and never seemed uninterested or bored. Once we made our deal, Henry stuck around to make sure everything continued to go smoothly. He was there with us until we pulled out of the parking lot (2 hours after the dealership closed). After we choose our car we met Claudia. Claudia was amazing. She was the highlight of the dealership. She was happy, helpful and not pushy at all. She was there to explain all of the SYNC stuff and sell a few other things. We did not purchase her extras, but she stayed sweet and fun the whole time. She spent also worked with my to sync my phone and took the time to show me how to use my system, again two hours after everyone should have gone home. She was such a joy to work with. Leilani was the woman who handled all of our financing paperwork, title, warranty paperwork, etc. She was excellent. This is usually the worst part of buying a car, but she was so organized and prepared that it was actually enjoyable. Our overall experience with Ted Britt was great, we would purchase from them again. More
We purchased a vehicle on an Ebay sale. Mike was extremely helpful and communicated with us through the entire deal. On January 10, I went into Ted Britt to look at a used pickup truck that I saw posted online. I’m used to some dealerships that are pushy or unprofessional, however my experiences at Ted Britt were anyth pickup truck that I saw posted online. I’m used to some dealerships that are pushy or unprofessional, however my experiences at Ted Britt were anything but that. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of meeting with Mike Asay in the main showroom floor. I told him what I was interested in, and he knew right away. He gave me detailed explanations of all the features, and specs of the truck. First impressions were great! He knew the inventory on hand, along with the information about it. After some conversation about my needs for the truck, and casual chit-chat, he made me feel like I was talking to an old buddy from high school! Second impression, Mike was a very calm, down-to-earth person to whom I can easily talk to. We walked to the truck, and I took my time, and his, to thoroughly inspect it inside and out. It was beautiful! (kudos to the ted britt team for a wonderful detailing job!). I pressed every button, turned every knob, looked at the engine, hoses, fluids, etc. I even laid on the ground and crawled underneath the vehicle! Mike allowed me all the time that I needed to inspect the truck to make sure it was up to my expectations. During this time he did not have the typical "salesman" pressure trying to get me to "BUY IT NOW, OR IT WILL BE GONE TOMORROW" After a test drive, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mike was able to give me the best price possible without the commonly found back-and-fourth negotiations for hours on end. We came to a final price pretty quickly. Enter Joey from finance. Joey was very efficient, professional, and kind. He was able to get me the best rate possible, and explain all my choices clearly while still getting me in and out in a very timely manner. My experience at Ted Britt, and working with Mike and Joey were above my expectations!! I would highly recommend Mike Asay to anyone searching for a vehicle! More
I was in the market for a New 2012 F150 Truck with Eco Boost, Crew Cab, Leather interior, and all the rest of the bells and whistles! It was late in the year, December 21st, and I was frustrated that several dealers in my home state could not find what I was looking for. That’s where Mike and Dario come in! They responded to my email request immediately and assured me they could help. This was the 1st new vehicle purchase for my wife and me in almost 7 years and it had to be perfect. Mike Asay took the time to find the right vehicle for us in both my 1st and 2nd choice colors. Mike had them both at the dealership for me to look at so I could compare, which was incredible. I also met Dario Beltran who I talked to about the trucks and assured me I was at the right dealership to make the deal happen. I finally selected the Black F150 and felt very confident about my selection, having had the opportunity to see both of my favorite colors side by side. After making my selection and completing the paper work I was out the door in less than 1 hour. The service was excellent and there was never any buyer’s remorse. I have already driven that truck to MA, RI, CT, NY, NH, VA, MD and back home. I love its smooth ride and fuel economy. The car I ultimately wanted to buy was in Baltimore (it had to be a white platinum ford expedition EL limited with bench 2nd row and navigation, and no additional options - checked the new car inventory all across the MD VA area). I got a good offer through Costco auto pricing at a different dealership, but went back to Keith because he was JUST THAT COOL and I knew they could beat the price, even if by a few hundred dollars. I was right! We are not cheap, but we did our research and wanted the best deal possible because it was a teeny bit above our budget. Because of their sales volume, they can pretty much beat any offer from another dealership. Add to that the friendliness of the staff, and consider - why go anywhere else? We also met Lisa, the sales mgr who was no nonsense and very respectable. I think she was offended by our first offer but we took the time to talk it through with Keith and get a good offer on our trade-in, etc. Christine, the business manager, gave us a great rate for the financing and I went home a VERY happy customer. Highly recommended! More
