It started off with me not being sure I wanted a Ford because I didn't have good knowledge of them but my husband had an Explorer as his first car so I humored him. Boy was I in for a surprise! Not only the the Explorer shock and awe me with the changes that had been made to it but our sales rep, William (Billy) Rupprecht was absolutely amazing. He gave us all the information we needed about the car to make an informed decision. On our test drive he showed us how the parking assist feature worked before turning the car over to us, which I appreciated because having never had a car that did that, I was extremely nervous about the feature. We left on a Thursday night conflicted about what to do because we had a few more cars we wanted to test drive, but by the next morning we knew, not only did we want the Ford Explorer from a Ted Britt dealership but we wanted to buy it from Billy! He's got a customer for life in us now because of his truly no pressure selling technique and mechanics knowledge of the cars he's selling! We came several times to look at the cars and were helped each time with extreme courtesy. Even the purchase process seemed to go smoothly. The car has so many features that I told Fernando I'll probably be stopping in frequently to get help with all of them. Fernando and Michael Britt made the process as painless as it can be. We love the car. (I didn't give the price 5 stars because the price on a new car is never as low as you would like.) I have one minor issue: the Ted Britt decal was put on the back of my car without asking my permission. It would be nice if the dealership would ask before doing this. More

He has been in the auto sales business for 34 years. He knows what he is doing and is very low key. He knew upfront that I was just looking to test drive and that I had done my homework. I wasn't going to purchase that day and he knew why, but also knew that I would be back if I got good service. We went out to the lot and found a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid to test. I had a researched a specific model with specific features, but for all intensive just wanted to make sure I had driven and throughly reviewed this car. This was the first time I had test driven an American car in many years. I enjoyed the ride and the car itself. It was incredibly smooth and I loved every minute of it. This is truly a luxurious car that I will enjoy, should it be the vehicle I buy. I loved hearing about the extras that Ted Britt provides for Lincoln owners and that just adds to the sweetness of this dealership and that they truly stand behind the vehicles they sell. Randy is there to make the experience truly an excellent one and if Ford and especially Lincoln is of interest, I highly recommend seeing Randy at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln in Chantilly. I can guarantee if Lincoln is my choice vehicle, Randy will be the only salesman that I will go back and see. More
