They, refuse to honor the advertised prices on their website or personalized incentives that THEIR OWN SALES DEPARTMENT SENT US PERSONALLY, AS A LOYALTY REWARD!! And when my husband asked to be shown where in the fine print, evidence of his reasoning, the ONLY thing he said was "it's there..." Completely refused to listen to reason, answer any questions with facts - only wanted to hear the complete xx coming out of his own mouth! And even had the audacity, to make like my husband's questions were a waste of his time! Team VW of Hayward - specifically Michael, the guy who does all the numbers, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CENT FROM MY FAMILY! ((We came prepared with the financials squared away - and weren't asking for anything EXTRA... this guy refused to honor the ADVERTISED PRICE (the whole reason we even spent the time going to the dealership) and refused to honor the personal incentives that his own sales team sent us... with NO EXPLANATION of as to why! The stated terms and conditions of each incentive were clear as day, and no where did it say they couldn't be used, or stacked!) More

Horrible lying scammers. Stay away. Tried to buy a new car from them, and went for a test drive. Sales rep didn't show up and they had no idea where he was. Substituted Stay away. Wanted to get a different color from a different dealer and over the phone they said no problem. Then this jerk of a sales manager came out and told me it would be $5000 more to deliver it from 30 miles away. I said I'd just go buy it from the other dealer. He said wait, and we waited for an hour. He came back and said how about $1000 over list? I said no. He said wait. We waited 20 minutes. He said the car at the other dealer had been sold. Total lie. He said wait again. We left. Slimy!!!! More

Since it was far for me I triple checked all details with Corey. But when I reach there I was shown completely different car. I was about to leave but then she said we will "take care".. They made us sit for 30 minutes, took my driving license and asked me to fill out papers. I thought they are getting papers ready but when there was no sign we asked and some other manager came and said there is some “miscommunication” and that Corey was new. When I pointed that this is not ethical they accused me of "playing games". DO NOT ever go to this place More

Great dealership and sales personnel. Very hard working salesman and women. See Fatima and Vlab, they both did a great job in showing myself and wife what we wanted and drove over from Sacramento to see an salesman and women. They both worked hard on cleaning the truck up before sending us on our way home with our new truck. We are very grateful for their good deal as well. Ok few days later battery died? Another 250 plus tax = $1700 ?? The bad battery was not tested under the first diagnose charge? 1st spark plugs were changed 700 ? Then coils for the plugs 2nd time ? Bottom line they saw a first timer and really just burned her ? They did reply saying car had multiple issues and their not responsible , but you charged for repair ? We ended up getting a new toyota and replaced the jetta ( great car) as we did not want her to get stung ever again by team vw : disgraceful please read the reviews if any where you take your car to have serviced as the reviews are accurate More
