David Gould assisted my husband and myself in the purchase of two (2) new Toyota cars within the past year. My husband purchased a Rav4 in June, and I purchased a Sienna last month. I've never experienced leasing a new car before. I was always under the impression that there would be huge pressure to not only buy the car but to get every possible extra with it. Team Toyota did such a great job, not only did I end up leasing a 2010 Prius for an insanely low price, but both my mom and my brother also leased cars from them within the same week or so. The receptionist was very friendly as well as all the other employees, I didn't feel like I was in a business atmosphere. Brian in particular was great with my strange situation. I was planning on trading in my 2005 Cobalt but Team Toyota found that it had been declared totaled weeks before I purchased it. I was shocked and my dad was furious that I had been driving an unsafe car for years, even the employees who appraised the car were upset over it. Brian let us keep the report on the Cobalt, including Toyota's estimated value of the totaled car, and let us park the Cobalt in their lot for a few days so we could figure things out since there was no way I was driving it back home. In addition to being very helpful with that problem, Brian was a great sport putting up with my dad's jokes and stress, which deserves a reward on its own. Before I put any money down, Brian checked with me to make sure that I was comfortable with the Prius, not just with driving it but making sure that it was really what I wanted. Considering that for a good part of my decision process my dad and fiance were arguing if I should get a Corolla or a Prius, checking with me while the two of them were elsewhere was much needed. Even Brian's manager checked with me when Brian stepped out to make sure there was no influence from anyone. The best part about the whole experience was that Brian was so much more like a friend than an employee trying to make a sale. Team Toyota has completely redefined the car buying experience, my future car purchases will definately be at Team Toyota. More

My husband had been researching new crossover vehicles for a few weeks and we had decided to look at the Toyota Venza, based on the features and reliability. He walked into Team Toyota with a spec sheet for a few weeks and we had decided to look at the Toyota Venza, based on the features and reliability. He walked into Team Toyota with a spec sheet on what we required and already a price that we had in mind to pay for the new vehicle. Sharon Bess really was very helpful, patient and extremely courteous in attempting to find the closest match to our requirements. She spent hours over a period of 2-3 days and we were finally able to settle on a new Venza. The Sales Manager Ray Costa and all other staff that we came in contact with were very courteous and helpful in addressing questions about the vehicle, and warranty. We were impressed with the knowledge of all we came in contact with and most importantly, did not feel pressured at any time, as we had in other dealerships. WE are thrilled with our new vehicle and hope it brings us much pleasure and reliability in the coming years! The service department is also very well staffed and feels like a lounge with wi-fi, sandwich shop/cafereria and children's play area, so if you need to wait for service on your vehicle it is very comfortable. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. Any time I went there (three times to look at the same vehicle!), they went out of their way to help me. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the people in Finance, everyone really understood the value of great customer service! Sharon, (my sales person), was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped me get my shiny new truck! Ray, the manager, was always close by to help with the numbers and make sure I was happy with my decision. One day when I dropped by randomly while Sharon was with another customer, everyone in the building (even random people in the Finance department) went out of their way to help me! They located the car wanted to see (I brought my dad along to take a look at my new car) and had it brought around for me. It was very impressive how everyone jumped in and made it easy to look at what I wanted! Also, Dennis, in finance, went over everything for me with the numbers and really helped me understand the ins and outs of what I was signing. Overall, the team at Team Toyota Scion in Langhorne, PA really was a pleasure to work with and I am very excited that I decided to purchase my new Rav4 from them! I traveled over 300 miles to take advantage of the internet prices offered at Team Toyota. They had several certified used vehicles to choose from.
