David Gruber explained the equipments on the Toyota Camry very well. He took me out for a test drive. He took me to the Service Department and showed me where everything is. He was very friendly and no pressure. The price he quoted me was the best price available anywhere. He even offer to preset my new car's radio stations for me. Mr. Greg (Finance Manager)asked me how many miles a year I drive and tailor what options may interest me. He explained the options very well and leave off what options that does not make sense for my driving habits. I was very grateful that he did not want to waste my time. There was no pressure in buying from Greg. Mr. Daniel Gaughan thanked me personally when I pick up my vehicle. When I told him I had very good customer service from his staff. He told me this is how buying a car should be. Quality of work is great. All the paperwork was prepared in a quick and accurate manner. My overall experience was great from the moment I walked in the dealership to when I leave the dealership with the car. I will be buying my Toyotas from Team Toyota in the future. More

Tom went out of his way to make my wife, infant daughter and me comfortable during our initial visit, test drive, and ultimately our purchase. There was always a salesperson there to hold the door as we entered the showroom and navigated our way around the facility with baby stroller. The receptionist always welcomed us and checked on our daughter as you would expect with family. We truly felt like we were part of the Team Toyota family.
