I think Dave must eat and sleep Toyotas. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of his product. He is really dedicated to satisfying any issues you may have in a low key and friendly way. From the time I first spoke to the receptionist and a salesperson (Kay Thakker) over the phone, I was given full attention and treated respectfully. I was looking for a 2011 Camry in Black with sunroof. Team Toyota had it so I went there. Kay was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. It took us less than 20 minutes to close the deal. I was pretty happy with the way I was treated. There was absolutely no sales pressure and Team Toyota went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dennis Dewitt from finance department was also very helpful. He explained all optional coverage plans and honestly suggested the ones that would benefit me, rather than trying to over-sell. Team Toyota’s 6-year extended warrantee is 100% refundable if not used and that made me very comfortable to buy the plan. Kay had my new car ready in minutes, he programmed the radio preset buttons, the BlueTooth and he and another manager did a complete inside-out inspection of the car with me. I had to pick up the car a few days later and Kay even took time out and picked me up from the train station 20 minutes away and gave me the car with a full tank of gas. I am very pleased with the entire 'Team Toyota' crew. Excellent service, caring and respectful team and superb follow-up. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

I selected a vehicle from an online description that was very accurate, and was quickly responded to by the assigned salesperson Carlos Nunez. Carlos was very helpful, suggested that I place a $100 deposit so that the car was not sold by another salesperson, and an appointment was scheduled for a Saturday morning as a time period of 7pm to 9pm would be too short to complete the transaction. I began to get concerned as I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and if anything the amount of time needed has continuously and consistently decreased, to the point where two hours should have been enough time to complete the transaction. Upon arrival at the dealership I communicated that I did not want to waste time, and I was assured that everything was 'ready to go'. Three hours later I was ready to walk out the door even though I wanted the vehicle. In fact, I wanted to purchase the vehicle before I arrived, and the sales process, not the sales person, repeatedly worked against that. I can only assume that they attempt to waste customers time in order to manipulate the physical and emotional state of the customer. The management repeatedly wasted time whenever possible. For example, my trade-in was obviously wholesale salvage material, but they insisted on making us sit and wait and do nothing while the person assigned to evaluating the vehicle took it for a drive. I inspected the vehicle for physical issues prior to the test drive so that a solution could be worked on in our absence, and the single issue, tire condition, was ignored, and the sales manager Lou goofed around for an hour before ultimately doing nothing about the tires. Insted of filling out forms while we waited, the tortured us by making us sit there, then fill out forms, as if we were the hold up. They were very aware of my unhappines but made no moves to improve, only pacify. Not worth the aggravation, you can easily do better. More
