We were greeted promptly upon entering the dealership. Since it was raining the night we visited, we decided to just look in the showroom and come back another day when the weather was nicer. Salesman was very informative and kept in contact with us from our original internet inquiry through purchase. Really nice car. Well worth the long drive. However after getting the car home, I noted that the tires looked a bit low on pressure. I was shocked to find that both rear tires only had 5 LB of pressure. The fronts had 15 and 20 lbs respectively. I also found that the oil was not full. Clearly they had done a very poor job of prepping this car when we bought it. Driving the car on the low rear tires damaged them and we had to buy new tires soon after buying the car. After sending an email to the salesperson and the sales manager, I was very upset that they did not even have the courtesy to reply. At least they could have stated they were sorry, or would do a better job in the future. At this time I no longer trust their work. More
