From the second I walked into Team Toyota I was greeted with excellent service. I dealt with Craig Bauer with whom I highly recommend however everyone we dealt with was great. We had our 11/2 old son with us but they made it easy with there kids room to keep him occupied. My father bought a Tacoma a few months ago which is how I came upon them and we bought the Tundra. All in all we had an amazing experience and we just wanted to share that. More

The transaction was painless, this is how car buying process should be. They had the best price out the 5 dealership i have contacted, none of the other offer i had received from the other four dealersh process should be. I had done expensive service for my 2005 Toyota Corolla last yesr and this year. I replaced my timing belt as adviced last year that costed me aprox $300. This year 2012 about a month ago I did a 90,000 mi last yesr and this year. I replaced my timing belt as adviced last year that costed me aprox $300. This year 2012 about a month ago I did a 90,000 mile service that costed me $750.00. I had issues with my wiper balde as well as intermittent wipers working the reverse way. Also, my timing belts make squeaking sound. I went to the dealer and they weren't even interested in diagnosing the problem. Instead, the first thing said that it would cost me $60.00 to diagnose one problem. I was very upset about this kind of attitude with customers like me where your first concern is how to make money out of genuine and good customers. I would really appreciate if you could change this attitude. I will no more come to this dealership and will report this to Toyota's higher authorities. More

Team Toyota's management can be proud of its elegant facility, but what impressed us most was its subtle command of all the details of a seamless purchase experience for its customers. Our salesperson, Dave Gruber was a pleasure to deal with, full of ready information and wonderfully patient in dealing with our repetitive questions. He delivered on every representation that he made to us and then gave us a nice red canvas-like bag with the Toyota name on it to remember our experience.
