I came to Toyota to see the Camry so that when I bought the Honda Accord I could say I at least saw the Camry (I have been wanting the Accord for the past 5 years). From the moment I pulled up, my car shop the Honda Accord I could say I at least saw the Camry (I have been wanting the Accord for the past 5 years). From the moment I pulled up, my car shopping experience could not have been any better. My salesman James Albanese listened to every word I said and let me shop and direct the visit according to what I felt I wanted to discuss and do. He was the most knowledgeable car salesman that I have encountered thus far. My visit started by asking questions about a particular ad they were running. James fully explained the offer and was sure not to hide any information from me. He was completely honest from the start and did not try to persuade me into any type of deal, but instead just gave me the facts so I could come to my own decision that was right for me. After test driving the Camry and seeing that it came with many more options then the comparable Accord, I started thinking that I would be crazy to buy the Accord over the Camry especially since the Camry's safety rating was extremely high. James took me for a tour of their Service facility and realized he did so because of how great the facility is. The facility offers late hours M-S and has many ameneties. I had James run some numbers and found that the pricing was comparable to the Accord. After speaking with James, his Manager Ray Costa came to greet me and to find out what deal would be best for my situation. Not only did Ray give me a very fair deal, but he went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of until I left the lot. Overall, my plan was just to look, but because of the outstanding customer service, the service facility, and just a very welcoming atmosphere, I ended up getting the Camry and didn't even go back to Honda to try to work out a better deal. Thank you James and Ray, Toyota is extremely lucky to have individuals like you both working for them. I will strongly suggest to anyone that I know that is in market to look for a car to be sure to stop in to Team Toyota to go through the experience I had. More

I found my Vehicle on AutTrader. When I called, the operator gave me to Kevin. I asked about the vehicle , and Kevin said that they just got it in, had not even cleaned it yet. Kevin took a whole lot of pictures, answered all my questions with honesty and promptness. When I received the vehicle it was better then Kevin had described. He took it to the shipping company, answered questions on days off, every thing you want a salesman to do plus more. Thanks!!!!!!!! Now the cool part, I am in Kansas, 1500 miles away. Persistence Sold This Car... what a great Salesman. Back in early March I called about 10 dealers looking for a fully loaded White Venza. Rich was the only salesman from a Dealership that called me every ot in early March I called about 10 dealers looking for a fully loaded White Venza. Rich was the only salesman from a Dealership that called me every other week to ask if I was stilling looking for the car. He would tell me he hasn't found one but hasn't forgotten me. I got a call from him on Thursday, May 17th (months later) to let me know he has the car I was looking for, it just came in. At this point I was not actively looking to purchase a car. However, Rich said, "This car is absolutely beautiful and it won't last a day", he guaranteed me that if I came in I would want to buy the car. When I arrived Rich was very confident professional yet not pushy. Needless to say, Rich.. and the Team put together a great deal (a Great Interest Rate, a Great Warranty and a Great Car) and my family and I drove the car home on Saturday. TEAM Toyota is a Great Team, and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone! And thanks to Matt the Great Finance Mgr also. More
