To whom it may concern I have been looking for a Prius To whom it may concern I have been looking for a Prius new or preferably used for the past 3 weeks and been dealing with different dealers in Mary To whom it may concern I have been looking for a Prius new or preferably used for the past 3 weeks and been dealing with different dealers in Maryland and in Pennsylvania due to my everyday commute. My cousin had suggested me to this dealership due to the fact of them being very professional and frendly. When it comes to advertisement everyone knows that "word of mouth" advertisement is the best that ever is in any business. On 11/29/2012 I took 1 hour drive from my house since I live in west chester PA and made it to the dealership. Unfortunately the sales person that my cousin had worked with was on his day off and I was aware of that , but since I was half way there I decided to go ahead and visit the dealership. I was aware of their inventory from their website but like I stated above leasing a brand new Prius. When I arrived on site I was took a look at front of the building at Audi A4 parked in the front momentarily and then I decided to take a walk inside the building so I can see and meet someone from sales. At the steps of the building was the sales person that I have marked from above and asked me If someone was helping us. I answered that the person that we were looking for was on his day off so at the moment no. Until that point everything was going fine and he even offered to call him from the day off if was willing to buy a car ( again I just had arrrived at the dealership 5 minutes earlier). Politely I told him not to since it was his day off and went in to detail about the reason of my visit and wanted to see their used inventory.That's when his attitude started to change around, he pointed and told me to take a walk by the tree line and some vehicles that I was looking for should be there. After I started walking a 20 seconds later he followed and arrived behind us .At this point there were only 2 Prius on the lot but based on the website were 5 and they varied in price. So I asked about the rest and he had no idea about that but I told him that I had seen them on their website. His response was : "I can find out where it is and since I know about it and the price he could bring it if I would buy it". I informed him that i went there with the intention to buy and I had cash with me ( I had $13,000) but didn't tell him how much. I did tell him that if the price was right of course .(again i still didnt see the rest of the vehicles) When he insisted for a second time if I would buy it on the price that was advertised online without even seeing the car at all that sounded extremely rude so I decided to move on, Got on my vehicle and went home. It's a big disappointment when you hear good things and you find out something else about how they treat their costumers but again the sales person that I hoped for wasn't there . This whole thing happened within 10 minutes so I might have forgotten some things . More
I would highly recommend Team Toyota and Rob Gottlieb and Ray Costa. They were wonderful to work with. Rob was patient and highly focused on customer service. Both he and Ray were able to work with me to get Ray Costa. They were wonderful to work with. Rob was patient and highly focused on customer service. Service took two weeks longer than the estimate and the problem was never properly resolved. But that's not what prompted me to write a review. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car (at night problem was never properly resolved. But that's not what prompted me to write a review. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car (at night), the cashier handed me a note that said to bring a gas can, because they ran it out of gas. I had to ask my ride to drive me to a store to buy a gas can, then stop to fill it. I got the car running and started home, only to realize my coffee cup, sun glasses, gas credit card and coins were all missing. The following morning, I found everything in a box in the back of the car except the gas credit card. For two weeks, I left messages ever day for the GM and service manager. (They subsequently each separately told me that they thought the other was going to call me back.) I finally got my first returned call when/after I spoke to Toyota Corp's customer complaint dept. The complaint dept referred me back to a customer service manager who works at the dealership, for the same GM that was not returning my calls. He listened to the story and offered me a coupon for a free car wash. I told him I'd rather be reimbursed for the gas can and have an explanation about the credit card that was missing. He asked me to visit him at the dealership the next day. I drove all the way there so he could tell me that the Service manager found my credit card in the mechanic's tool box (no explanation why)and to offer me the free car wash voucher. I told him to keep the car wash. I wanted someone to confront the mechanic and ask why he had my credit card. After another two weeks of calling the customer service rep almost daily, leaving voice mails and not being called back, I decided to just move on with my life. I now take the car to another dealer. More
We were very pleased with the help that Brad gave us in buying our 2012 Scion. We never felt pressured into buying. We knew what we wanted and he helped us find it. Also he answered all our questions on ho buying our 2012 Scion. We never felt pressured into buying. We knew what we wanted and he helped us find it. Great service. No high pressure tactics. Lots of selection from which to choose. And they took the time to explain all the features of the car before I pulled out of the lot. We have bought a 2012 Sienna and a 2012 Camry this year both from David Gould. He is a very fair and straight forward guy, takes excellent care of you. His service his terrific. Lauren was very pleasant and personable while efficiently eliciting my car needs, providing me with options, and assuring that I had fully considered my choices. She made the experience very comfortable and stress free and even arranged for transportation for me to take my other car home and return to the shop to pick up the new one immediately.
