I can't say enough about how this dealership treated me. In particular the general manager Kevin Stroble and my sales person Jim Donahue. What started as negative experience was quickly turned around b me. In particular the general manager Kevin Stroble and my sales person Jim Donahue. What started as negative experience was quickly turned around by these two guys and made for the single best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would and will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. These guys went the extra mile and then some. Though I am sure all of their sales personnel are capable I strongly suggest you seek out Jim for your purchase or lease. My sincerest gratitude to both Jim and Kevin. More
My name is Raj, I went to this dealership on Memorial day weekend to purchase a new Toyota Sienna limited. I had internet prize from many tristate toyota delearship. I visited many dealership that weekend, T weekend to purchase a new Toyota Sienna limited. I had internet prize from many tristate toyota delearship. I visited many dealership that weekend, Team was one among other dealers. There prize was way way higher than other dealers, Plus there attitude towards to me was they made enough sales for the memorial day and they probably meet their sales goals for that month therefore they treat me as they don't want any more sales in current month. They had a DEMO Sienna Ltd. with over 5000 miles and they want sell that vehicle for $41, 700, I ask them it has this many miles on it how come you selling this vehicle as barand new? there answer was it is never been titled that is the reason. My question is " if dealership drives 10,000 miles without titling, they can sell it as brand new? Its call "balooni". Any way I purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna Ltd.2013 from Faulkner toyota for 40,700 + tax and title. Al welton the sales person challenge me that if you get a Sienna Ltd. cheaper than this, you go and buy! I wont recomend anyone to buy a car from them any more! Again it is my experiance, some other people might have good experiance with this dealer. More
At Team Toyota, Victor Pides, a TCUV Sales Consultant, is the consummate sales professional in regards to purchasing a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Victor listens to the buyers needs and requiremen the consummate sales professional in regards to purchasing a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Victor listens to the buyers needs and requirements, then provides a variety of vehicles for review based upon the buyers focus. Unlike other past buying experiences through other dealers and sales representatives, of whom pretend to listen, but still tailored the car buying experience to their overall inventory or special deals, rather than the buyer's focus and budget. However, with Victor Pides and the managerial staff at Team Toyota, specifically Barry Zebrick, such as described above, is never the case or experience. At Team Toyota the over all focus and experience remains dedicated to the buyer's needs and criteria and remains so throughout the entire process including prompt personal referrals to other departments within the dealership. This is the very reason for my return to Team Toyota and second vehicle purchase within five months. Moreover, having purchased both new and Certified Used Toyota Vehicles at Team Toyota over the past decade, it is always a satisfactory experience leading to a quality vehicle at a fair price. More
Today I made an appointment at Team Toyota Service Center to have my tires replaced. Instead of going to my local dealership I decided to go here because they were offering a buy three tires, get one for $1. to have my tires replaced. I called in advance to assure that they had the proper tires, telling them that I drove a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring edition. I noted, to please look carefully because my car tires are an odd size and usually are not in stock. I was told that they had the tires, so I made an appointment and drove the 45 minutes. I was also going to get an oil change and a recal checked on my car, although I had already had the recal fixed at Poway Toyota in San Diego. (Just to be safe, I figured why not have them double check that the water pump was still ok) I sat there for 3 1/2 hours before a service representative came out and told me they didn't have the tires ( my initial reason for driving 45 minutes there). Not to mention that they had already taken off my old tires without checking that they had new tires to put on and now needed additional time to rebalance my old tires. Wow! It took a trained mechanic 3 1/2 hrs to change the oil and look at my water pump! I asked to speak to the service manager who was exceptionally rude and said, well we offered you a complimentary rental car, so it's your fault for sitting here. With this being said I chose not to take their rental car because I am not a fan of their rental department, I don't want to drive over an hour back and forth to my house, I don't want the responsibility of having to fill it with gas or having something happen to it while I have it. I just wanted to get my new tires and if I had got them, I would have been more then content to sit in their fabulous waiting area (it really is quite nice). Upon me telling him this, he was even more rude telling me, "it would appear as though we can never meet your standards". Um, I guess that is the case... Because when I go to a dealership I expect exceptional service. I'm paying more for knowledgeable toyota associates , toyota parts and for a better overall experience. NON of which were given. Please note, after the direct insult from this absolutely amazing (sarcastic) manager, I was given my 3 1/2 hr oil change and water pump evaluation (which was free bc of the recall anyway) for free. Horrible experience! With all of this being said, I have used this dealership for over ten years and have had many great experiences. I will continue to buy my cars from the amazing sales staff, but I will not use their service department till they make some changes. More

My wife and I went to Team Toyota and our salesman, Rich Magaziner, was outstanding. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the vehicles. We felt he was completely honest and we did not feel pressured to buy a car at all. He stayed with us and continued to help us with the purchase until we drove the vehicle from the dealership. My wife and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Team Toyota in the future. We felt that we received the best price for our vehicle and the entire staff we dealt with was super nice. Best experience we ever had buying a new car. Thanks Rich Magaziner and Team Toyota. More

I want to start by saying Steve was very friendly and personable. I was referred to the dealership by a good friend of mine. He has purchased a few cars at this dealership and was very happy with his exp personable. I was referred to the dealership by a good friend of mine. I am relatively new to the area and wasn't sure where to shop for a car. In the past my friend has always dealt with another sales associate and referred me to that person. But at the time I went to look at my car he was busy with a customer and he asked Steve to help me. Buying a car can be a stressful experience and I was looking for as painless a process as possible. I didn't come prepared enough I suppose, but I was assured I would be treated like family. After a few hours I purchased the vehicle and traded in my vehicle. I got home and the next day I thought about what happened and reviewed the paperwork and realized I wasn't careful enough. Steve as I mentioned was a great conversationalist, but most of our talking was about everything but the vehicle. I guess I felt like I was treated as a sale rather than a referral and I was not happy with the deal we made. Shame on me for not being prepared enough and not being on guard, but I didn't think I needed to be. I will say Steve is a good "salesman" buy go in with your facts and stick to your guns. I like the dealership but I think next time I will be talking with someone else. More
From the time that I was greeting outside by Steve Weiner to the time I walked out the door with my new 2010 Prius, it was an extremely pleasant experience at Team Toyota. I knew going in what I generally wanted, to trade my old car in for a Prius. Steve was very helpful with any and all questions that I had while picking a car out on the lot and during the test drive. From start to finish it was about three hours but it didn't feel that long at all, Steve was easy to talk to and a very kind person, he had me laughing a lot. Dennis the finance guy was also very helpful and explained everything in detail about my contract. It's been a few days since the purchase and I am very happy with the car and the deal that Steve helped me get. Highly recommended! More
I decided to purchase a new car because my current car (2006 Ford Escape) was getting high on mileage and I had put a lot of wear and tear on it during the 8 years I owned it. I am single and wanted to keep my monthly payments at a reasonable amount to fit within my budget. I had been thinking about a Toyota Highlander or Ford Escape when I went out to look at cars. My father and I began our search at another Toyota dealer, but after 3 hours in the dealership and being introduced the beautiful, new 2013 RAV 4, we walked out without ever being quoted an actual price for the car. We next went to look at the Ford Escape and I did not like it at all! We then decided to go check out Team Toyota Scion. I was slightly nervous going there because I knew it was a larger dealer and was not sure what the customer service would be like at such a large dealer. However, from the second my father and I walked in the door we could not have been more impressed with the customer service at the dealer. For such a large, busy dealership, they make you feel like you are their top priority and give you all the individual assistance you need! We were introduced to Michael "Mac" McAteer in sales and he accompanied us on a test drive explaining all of the features in the car. It was really nice that he accompanied us because at the other dealer, we were handed the key to car and sent out on our own to test drive the car without any explanation of features in the car. Any questions I had for Michael while we were out on the test drive, Michael was able to answer. We came back to the dealer and went inside to talk price with Michael. He assured us there was no pressure on us to buy a car, but I told him we would like a price on it. I happened to mention to him in conversation that my father was a retired Philadelphia Police Officer and he instantly told us that we were now qualified for the "PREP" program, which was a significant saving on the price of the car along with a donation being made in my father's name to the Police Benevolance Fund. Michael walked away to collect some paperwork and Ray Costa, sales manager, came over to talk with my father and I, and thank my dad for his service. He then informed us that if we came back within 24 hours to make a deposit on a car, he would tag the 2013 RAV4 (Magnetic Gray with Gray interior) when it arrived on the truck at the dealership. My father and I went back the next day to put down a deposit on the car! Michael called me when the car arrived and I went back to the dealer to see it in person! It was everything I had hoped it would be and more! We finished all of the paperwork that day and we were then sent back to Greg Paros in finance. I was very nervous about meeting with Greg because the last time I purchased a car, the finance manager was extremely business like and intimidating! Greg was the complete opposite! He was professional, but friendly and full of personality the entire time we sat with him. He left me with a very positive feeling when I walked out of the finance office. My father was taking my current car back to Florida with him and needed time to get the car registered with tags to be able to make the drive from PA to FL. Team Toyota Scion was gracious enough to hold my new car at the dealer for an extra week to give my dad time to return to FL and then back to PA. I picked up my new Rav4 today and Michael spent an hour with me showing and explaining all of the features in the car before I drove it off the lot. He also assured me that if I have any questions, to not hesitate to call him! I am so very pleased with my choice to purchase from Team Toyota Scion and look forward to my experience with them over the next several years! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a place that is not only looking to represent the brand of car they sell but also has your interest as priority too! More
