When my son from Conn. visiting me in Delaware lost his FOB key for his Prius, Carousel staff was more than willing to assit getting him into his locked car and on his way. Before having the car towed to the dealer, my son found his key which had fallen out of his pocket behind a chair. The emergency was over but the staff at Carousel is to be congratulated. I purchased my Rav4 three years ago and at that time was impressed with the friendliness of Jeff Kenny, the General Sales Manager. He helped me to get the monthly payment that I could afford. He also recommended that I use the dealership for regular service visits to maintain the health of my vehicle. The quality of the vehicle is not worth mentioning, it's a Toyota! It's great! The most unbelievable thing about the purchase of my vehicle is that I look forward to going there to have it serviced. Mike Stover in the service department provides good service not only on the phone while making the appointments, but gives personal service while I'm there. Not like other greaseball car service men that I have had in the past. He may recommend some preventative maintenance but doesn't get pushy or give me dooms day scenarios if I pass on his recommendations. I trust him. This is just the tip of the iceberg for this dealership. When you take car in for service I recommend waiting while it is serviced. They have Saturday hours, A spacious TV room, a place for kids to play, and free internet. Did I mention the free coffee machine and donuts! More

I have never felt like they pushed expensive repairs on me when they weren't needed. They have been clear with options, prompt in their follow-up and trustworthy in all my interactions. Although I don't need a new car yet, I would very likely buy it from the dealership based on how I have been treated in the past. Also, I appreciate the fact that after every single service appointment, no matter how big or small, the co-owner of the dealership calls to ensure my experience was positive. She seems genuinely concerned about anything that would cause dissatisfaction in dealing with her team. More

This review is regarding the Service Department of Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, PA. I brought my car there on September 13, 2011 to have a recall issue taken care of. There were five or six parking Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, PA. I brought my car there on September 13, 2011 to have a recall issue taken care of. There were five or six parking spots directly outside the Service Department, each of which had a large pole blocking the space. I ended up parking just beyond those spots, temporarily blocking several parked cars. I ran inside quickly to ask where I should park for their convenience. There is a large red stop sign as you enter the Service Department room with a sign asking you to wait till called. There was no warm greeting from anyone, just a "We'll be with you shortly, Ma'am," from a young woman. When the man finally called me forward, I explained to him that I hadn't been sure where to park, and that I was blocking traffic. He said, "There are 120 spots in the parking lot. I can see one right there." Seriously! What kind of way is that to greet a customer? No smile with that remark, no indication that he was kidding around, just seriousness as he stared at his monitor, entering the information from my registration card into the computer. I work at the front desk of a doctor's office, so in a sense I have a similar job to a service manager. I am the first person the patients see when they arrive, and the last they see as they leave. My treatment of the patients is a direct reflection on the doctor. I would lose my job if I treated patients in the same manner in which I was treated this morning. It's said that if a person is happy with service they've received, they might tell 1 person, but that if they are unhappy, they'll tell 10. I'll be telling at least 10 people not to go to Carousel Toyota. More
