Tire issue on my leased van I have bought and leased several vehicles from Carousel/Team Toyota of Glen Mills. I've always loved all of my Toyota's and the customer service I've always received. I recently had an issue with the tires on my Toyota Sienna and after only having 18,000 miles on my leased Sienna, I gave the service department at Team Toyota a call. Randy in the tire department was extremely attentive to my issue and was very understanding. I later brought the vehicle in and met with Randy and the service department manager, Joe. After a bit of going back and forth, Joe and Randy were able to go above and beyond and help me with my situation. These two men are part of the reason me and my husband will both be leasing Toyota's again. Thank you Joe and Randy for helping me and making a really stressful day turn around. More

Not the greatest Customer service representatives are have the attitude when you ask them for anything. Service is terrible just for oil change. Was told photos would be taken and reviewed for approval. A month later after no follow up, I called for an update and was eventually scheduled for a repair of the seat. No follow up is disappointing, and trying to explain why I called for a response was also confusing. More
