Jim is a great guy and is a big part of the reason I bought a 2011 Toyota Highlander. He was very helpful from the test drive all the way through the selection process. Unfortunately the dealership was bought a 2011 Toyota Highlander. He was very helpful from the test drive all the way through the selection process. Unfortunately the dealership was not as competative as the one I eventually selected. I feel bad for Jim because if it wasn't for him I probably would not have bought a Toyota. Carousel Toyota is a good dealer and I have bought from them in the past and have been very happy. They just needed to sharpen their pencil more on this deal. More

This place is the best. I didn't feel taken advantage of because of being a woman buying her car alone. Other places treated me like an idiot.
