I have used Carousel Toyota for service on an Avalon and a Lexus for over 10 years. I have found their service department to be run by highly professional, honest and fair service managers who consistently a Lexus for over 10 years. I have found their service department to be run by highly professional, honest and fair service managers who consistently treat me with respect and share information in a clear manner. I have never felt like they pushed expensive repairs on me when they weren't needed. They have been clear with options, prompt in their follow-up and trustworthy in all my interactions. Although I don't need a new car yet, I would very likely buy it from the dealership based on how I have been treated in the past. Also, I appreciate the fact that after every single service appointment, no matter how big or small, the co-owner of the dealership calls to ensure my experience was positive. She seems genuinely concerned about anything that would cause dissatisfaction in dealing with her team. More

I live over an hour away and traveling to and from Carousel for service is wel worth it! My husband and I went to price trucks on 9/19. We were met by Dan Rivera who was great. We told him that we were not looking to buy for another year and he was more than understanding. Even though he knew that he was not getting a sale out of us that day, he was very helpful; going over some options, pricing, etc. Dan even managed to help us while keeping our 3 year old daughter occupied (popcorn is always a great thing!). Erin Oberholzer the Internet Sales manager was the best out of all of the Toyota dealers and other cars I considered for purchase for my family. Only Erin responded to all of my questions regarding affordability and trade in factors. All others either ignored my emails or were painfully vague. Erin was the only one with whom I was able to have an effective exchange with via email so we could make our new Toyota purchase. I had previously purchased new Toyota vehicles from Peruzzi who did not answer ANY of my online or email requests as well as Tri-County who used to have an excellent sales person but they had just let him go and the Internet team did not provide a solution for me to purchase my new Yaris. What can I say. Lisa hooked me up not only with a great car but also a great salesperson, Dan. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient(with me who knows nothing about a GPS system or fancy "things car but also a great salesperson, Dan. He also showed me another vehicle (a Rave4) which I was considering purchasing, but after riding in my HIghlander, I loved it. WHen I mentioned to Dan about some scratches on my car, he said he would take care of getting me a small bottle of matching paint so I could have it to touch up myself, but he had already taken care of that for me also. Though Dan did say to come back if I had questions, I am hoping to learn to do things on my own, but I DO know, that should I call he would be there for me. Love Toyota, love Carousel and love the people who work for Carousel. When I went to sign the paperwork, though I forgot the gentlemans name that helped me, he was great. And to my suprise when I went to call my insurance company to let them know I picked up my new (used)car, someone from Toyota had already taken care of that for me also. We started out in June being forced to buy a car because my transmission went. I sent an email out on your webpage. I got form letter replies...that I deleted! Dan Rivera, actually took time to type a friendly reply...I immediately replied to him and we began talking. In 2 days I was in test driving my Toyota RAV4. A week later it was mine. ALL because Dan went out of his way to give personal and sincere service!! We built a friendship over the next few months and he began looking for a car for my 17 yr old son. He was having trouble finding a car in Keston's price range. Last Monday Dan called because he found Keston a car. Later I found out it was HIS own car!! When we first met Dan we knew how much he loved his Corolla, so for him to sell Keston his car meant SO much. Keston is over joyed with his new car!! We have loved Toyotas and now because of Dan Rivera we love Carousel!!! I hope the service department is as good as the sales department is!! More
This review is regarding the Service Department of Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, PA. I brought my car there on September 13, 2011 to have a recall issue taken care of. There were five or six parking Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, PA. I brought my car there on September 13, 2011 to have a recall issue taken care of. There were five or six parking spots directly outside the Service Department, each of which had a large pole blocking the space. I ended up parking just beyond those spots, temporarily blocking several parked cars. I ran inside quickly to ask where I should park for their convenience. There is a large red stop sign as you enter the Service Department room with a sign asking you to wait till called. There was no warm greeting from anyone, just a "We'll be with you shortly, Ma'am," from a young woman. When the man finally called me forward, I explained to him that I hadn't been sure where to park, and that I was blocking traffic. He said, "There are 120 spots in the parking lot. I can see one right there." Seriously! What kind of way is that to greet a customer? No smile with that remark, no indication that he was kidding around, just seriousness as he stared at his monitor, entering the information from my registration card into the computer. I work at the front desk of a doctor's office, so in a sense I have a similar job to a service manager. I am the first person the patients see when they arrive, and the last they see as they leave. My treatment of the patients is a direct reflection on the doctor. I would lose my job if I treated patients in the same manner in which I was treated this morning. It's said that if a person is happy with service they've received, they might tell 1 person, but that if they are unhappy, they'll tell 10. I'll be telling at least 10 people not to go to Carousel Toyota. More
