I was looking for a new hybrid to replace my car that was totaled in an accident. Dan Riviera is the consummate sales person, in fact he is the very best kind of person you should have working for you. He is honest, direct, and basically a very confident, happy person. Employees can learn most skills on the job, but if you don't have drive and personality, it always feels like something missing. Not the case with Dan. I have purchased many cars over the years at Ottos, Garnet VW and my purchase (first) at Carousel probably felt the best, in part because I just felt good about buying a Hybrid, but also because Dan made it seem like I was going on an adventure - mostly because he couldn't stop talking about all the wonderful features of the Prius.
