Honesty is the biggest reason for my high marks. I had done considerable research in search of a used Sienna with AWD. Carousel had one at a very fair price. I'll call it the true market price. Dave Castor gave me a very honest appraisal of the car. They even upgraded it some by adding a DVD player. Finally when we did come to a small sticking point (Nobody's fault just part of the process), the team was able to make it work to everybody's satisfaction. They communicated honestly with me and I would definitely send anybody there without hesitation. Plus their Brass Ring program for service after the sale is very generous. They also told me about this website so I could find a good dealer nearby. Glad that I checked it. The one closest to me has horrific reviews. More

So when I went looking to buy a new car(Toyota of course) I shopped around at different dealerships but came back to Carousel because of their service department. Jim Dougherty the sales representative I dealt with not only matched the best offer I had found but even gave me more. I was really impressed with the whole closing of the deal and how quickly it was facilitated. Also I am impressed that someone always contacts me after my service visit to make sure I am completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I was searching for a pre-owned, reasonably priced, well-maintained vehi assisting me in the purchase of my 2004 Toyota Camry SE on October 31, 2011. I was searching for a pre-owned, reasonably priced, well-maintained vehicle that I needed asap. I did not have much success at other dealerships. I went to Carousel Toyota where I met Dan Rivera. I explained my situation to him. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient,and honest. He immediately showed me a few vehicles he thought would be good for me. I decided on a 2004 Toyota Camry SE. Although this was a pre-owned sale, he treated me as if I were purchasing a brand new vehicle! I felt like a valued customer. Dan went beyond the call of duty to assure the mechanical reliability and cosmetic condition of the vehicle. I am satisfied and proud of my Camry and it looks and rides like a newer vehicle. I highly recommend Carousel Toyota and Dan Rivera as a Consultant!!! More
I have a 1996 Camry . I worry that I might have a problem and if there is a problem that I will be able to get the parts. I was looking for a new hybrid to replace my car that was totaled in an accident. I worked with Jim and he helped me to get the best option to allow me to save money in the beginning and be able to get a new totaled in an accident. We were treated very well when we arrived even though the service desk was trying to use their new computer system and checking in was a little slow. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. Dan Riviera is the consummate sales person, in fact he is the very best kind of person you should have working for you. He is honest, direct, and basically a very confident, happy person. I work for a Fortune 500 company and I can tell you that his enthusiasm and energy is hard to find, and actually on the way home from buying my Prius I mentioned to my boyfriend, that he would probably be successful anywhere. Employees can learn most skills on the job, but if you don't have drive and personality, it always feels like something missing. Not the case with Dan. I have purchased many cars over the years at Ottos, Garnet VW and my purchase (first) at Carousel probably felt the best, in part because I just felt good about buying a Hybrid, but also because Dan made it seem like I was going on an adventure - mostly because he couldn't stop talking about all the wonderful features of the Prius. He is proud of what he sells and it comes through to the customer. More

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jim Dougherty with the purchase of my new car. I came in today 10/31/11 to check on pricing for my leased 09 Rav4 Toyota to see if it was a good idea to purchase with the purchase of my new car. I came in today 10/31/11 to check on pricing for my leased 09 Rav4 Toyota to see if it was a good idea to purchase my 09 or what would it cost to get a new car. Jim was very patient with me and explained to me exactly how I should go about it. Well to my surprise, and with Jim professionalism, he explained all my options and it turned out, I would have been crazy to pass up the good deal that I got. So I am the proud owner of a new 2011 Rav 4 Limited Toyota. I have been very pleased with this dealership in the past with having all of my car maintenance done there.
